AT&T Store

We arrived at the AT&T store with no knowledge of what to get /or do. The manager and sales associate Karim were so understandable and patient with my husband and I. They did explain every step clearly! Was such an easy process while getting everything done with Karim! 🤗 We did end up walking out the store with 2 phones and 2 Apple Watches!

My wife and I were in the store yesterday (2/13/2024) about 7PM and met Kareem and he was extremely very professional and knowledgeable of all the products, and we had decided to get a Samsung S24 Ultra and a Plus. Kareem was very helpful in every way and ensured of 100% customers' satisfaction. I also appreciated when he needed help regarding our challenged requests, he reached out to his colleague, David for advice...and truly great teamwork. Again, Kareem and David, thank you both very much for all you do, and also went out of your way to help with unlocked my old phone, especially in the last minutes before your closing hours. You guys are truly the Best of All about customers' services! Again, many millions of thanks for all you have done!

(PS: before we visited your store, we had visited the AT&T store on 790 W Sam Houston Pkwy #106 Houston 77024...and they are the Worst and CLUELESS of ALL)

My wife and I went to this AT&T store and was helped by Max. He is now the manager at another AT&T store but, no problem, David and Joseph helped us with the activation and data transfer to our new iPhones. They were extremely well informed, had superior knowledge about their products and they couldn't have been more generous with their time. We left the store very pleased and will definitely return for any and all telephone needs. Excellent service does exist !!!

I had a very difficult upgrade situation because my old phone was being uncooperative. I have to say I had an extremely positive customer service experience with the help of America Galvan. She was so patient and knowledgeable as she worked through each problem. I appreciate her expertise and warm personality. If you could clone her, your business would increase exponentially!!!

Everyone at the store was very helpful and did not stop until my issue was resolved! As a whole they were super friendly and knowledgeable. I was trying to get the 8GB online only promo for $25 a month and I had a difficult time doing it. Maxwell walked me through the entire process and called the necessary support teams in order to get me this plan. Overall super happy with the service I had and thank you again Maxwell!

My experience visited AT&T give relaxed after my emotional lost my first phone at my job place and I had no phone to during my Vacation and l née phone to myself. And went Apple Store at Highland and they tried helped but couldn’t successfully and AT@T Joseph Rivera and he understands my situation as l refused to up then l Asher him for helped me get new phone and the way speed and helps his staffs who need him to signed what the individuals and same times settled my phone faster in 30 minutes with my new phone : l left for Las Vegas on that day Monday August 1st Monday .

My experience was amazing they made switching companies so effortless and stress free! David was a great help! America was wonderful as well she helped me with my troubles today and did everything possible to give me a great internet transfer!
