I was happy with my visit today. I was looking for a car tire air inflator and had thoroughly researched all the brands and the product details. The Home Depot app led me directly to the aisle and bin of what I was looking for. Quick check out. 👍

I really like thus Home Depot. The store is clean with excellent merchandise presentation an few out of stocks. The store is well staffed with friendly associates.

I appreciate the Home Depot 10% Military Discount Program. Lumber has gotten super expensive in the last couple of years. Every little bit helps.

I needed some plastic containers to store some of my personal items, I found this for $13.99, I like the lid and size for that price. I also found a Dewalt bits set for $9.99. Roaming around the store was good, I had a couple of hellos from a couple of employees in different aisle but nothing to brag about and it's actually okay with me. Since this Covid thing people in the customer service world are a bit distant and it's okay as long as everything has price let me go in and get what I need so I can go home. I'm still being careful and still wearing my mask.

Usually has what I need. Reasonable to good quality and assortment. Helpful sales folk. Tons of merch.

Very clean store, helpful staff. This was my first visit to this Home Depot location. I have been to many Home Depots and this is by far the cleanest, most organized and with the most friendly and helpful team members. I am very impressed. It will be this Home Depot for me from now on.

Staff year was professional and kind. They quickly address my needs. I did not have to wait around a long time for someone to approach me for help. People were readily available to ask for assistance. I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes of getting what I needed.

Things are conveniently located, store is well-stocked, and things are present it neatly.

Only complaint is that the frontage of the store looks very dark. From the outside it does not look like it is open.

They actually have people who will talk to you.
But seriously this is my favorite home depot

As we left I appreciated Eric making sure that we had everything we need. It's easy to tell when people like their jobs and really appreciate the customer. Bossman can we get these a raise? Sometimes it's hard to find first-rate employees. But you got two!

Bryan Taylor helped me out a lot when no one else would . We should have more people like him helping contractors and diyers in every Home Depot

This is one of the best Home Depot’s in Houston. Organized with a great selection of items. Found more here than any other Home Depot. People working here knew where items were located and could give technical knowledge - not always the case with most places.

Ali over at the lightbulb section was one of the nicest customer service experiences I’ve had. He was very helpful, talkative and consistently provided expertise in that field. Please make sure you take care of employees like that, good customer service is hard to find these days, and this elderly gentleman exceeded it.

Went to get a citronella plant, they have dozens! I got two! One for the front door, one for the back.

Made my own key didn’t take long to check out either lines went fast

Cashier Carolina and associate Randy were helpful to me today in solving a drywall problem at one of my projects today. Randy was resourceful and knowledgeable and I really appreciate the extra effort today. Thank you!!

Typical well run Home Depot with everything you’d expect at any other location. Bathrooms in the back were a little grimy and could be cleaned better. Best self checkout experience hands down of any other store in existence. Grocery stores need to take notes on how HD designs and runs their self checkout.

Always a fast shopping trip and wonderful staff to help navigate you! I love this store and I recommend this location to all.
