I've been coming to Audra's Tax Center for the past 3 years. Everyone in the office has second to none customer service. They are very friendly, eager to help with any questions or needs. Everyone has an inviting smile & actually knows you by name. Ms.Audra is very fast filing your taxes & makes sure you get the most back . I live in Dallas,Tx & I drive all the way to Ft.Worth to do my taxes & i will continue to do so. I highly recommend this business !!!

Anyone who complains seek treasures beyond their wildest imagination. Tax Season is all about PATIENCE. That dosen't apply to all. 2019 was a very frantic year with all the new changes. Some banks saw this as an opportunity to make money because they were given a heads up in advance. So they offered loans for those early filers'. Amongst those call lines, internet issues with software were constant and government shutdown did not help at all. Those dissatisfied merely seek assistance and complain when things dont go their way or there's a big difference involved....more than what their used yup receiving.

It was my first time Am so happy I found this place .. really nice people answered all my questions and explain everything I needed to know . I definitely be coming back .
