Ashton was great. Very professional, explained all the steps he was doing. Answered our questions and made sure the repair worked like it should also, he left no mess after done. Would definitely recommend Ashton and Mister Sparkey of East Texas for electrical work. And the price was surprisingly very affordable. Last but not least they were on time for the service call.

Paul was courteous and professional. He took the time to explain his work and inspect electrical panel.. Scheduling was right on time.

Paul was awesome. I needed a ceiling fan hung. He got the job done in record time. I was not at home during his visit. The company sent me a photo and an arrival time of the technician. That was reassuring. Paul called when he arrived and when he finished. He also let me know that everything was in working order, how to work my ceiling fans remote and that a light switch had to be replaced. I was able to pay over the phone. Paul also hauled off my old ceiling fan and locked my door when he left. Thank you Mr. Sparky!!!! I would definitely recommend your services to family and friends.

Everything was great from start to finish. They stuck to the time frame they gave me of when to expect an electrician. Paul listened carefully to my explanation of what happened and made sure to check for any potential problems. I will definitely be calling again if I ever need electrical help.

The disconnect for my house was damaged during recent storms, I called Mr. Sparkey at 5:00 pm and within 15 minutes an electrician was there, he looked at everything and gave me a quote. They were back with parts the next day and had the electricity restored. Fair pricing and great folks to do business with.

I was informed by my cable company that I had to replace all cable lines in my house. They also informed me they would not and could not do lines on inside walls. I called Mister Sparky and they were here before the cable guy left so he could tell them what was needed. The two young men did an excellent job. They were both nice and professional. I very much appreciate the job they did. I would use them again if needed.

When we called Mister Sparky last night to schedule an appointment for today, they were very prompt in assigning a tech. Sebastian texted and said what time he would be here and he was. Not only was Sebastian prompt, but he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were SO happy with his service. We will be happy to recommend Mister Sparky AND Sebastian for any electrical needs. I appreciated how Kevin and Antonio came out the day before to inspect what the problem was and I was clear in what to expect. Antonio came the next day with Caleb and I appreciated that they were on time. Antonio explained everything that would take place during the service call, and he was very thorough. We had some sort of circuit interruption in our kitchen. None of our appliances were working with guests on their way. We called Mister Sparky because of their excellent reviews online. Everyone we dealt with was so friendly from Briana who first took my call,, to Paul, the technician who responded promptly the next morning. The technician explained everything thoroughly and while we need to do some things to bring our panel and circuits up to code, we were given an itemized quote, but felt no pressure to do anything other than what we were comfortable with. I highly recommend Mister Sparky!

WOW! was I in dire need of an electrician, and had mortal FEAR of the cost it was going to be to have to call one. BUT Mister Sparky staff Paul H. was SO professional, and on time. HE didn't linger to make fore hours to charge me, and their pricing was reasonable. The company sent me his picture and a text that he was on his way, so I felt safe also. I will DEFINITELY be using them for ANY of my electrical issues in the future!
