I hired Bill after meeting him and his company at a Franchise Expo.

Worked with him and his team for over three years. Sadly I found out that he was not filing things on time which lead me to have to scramble and goto a state office when I was trying to purchase a business vehicle and they would not approve since I was not in good standing due to a late filling that was never paid nor told to me it was late.

The biggest problem occured when Bill decided to drop me as a client because I kept asking him how to set up for payroll which he kept insisting his company could do but no one called me or told me how to do so... Funny thing is that the company he was with has now changed and it seemed like everything started falling apart from that. The previous company Succentrix claims that he is no longer affiliated with that company and wanted to make sure that I knew that as well.

Alot of fishy things going on with Bill and his company. If you decided to use him you should know this as well as if you are using him already you should make sure you check your status and fillings with the state and federal government. Bill and his company has nearly cost us our LLC standing with the government. He is unprofessional at best.
