My wife and I just moved to the area and we visited Babylon. She got the Cowboy Java and I got the Spanish Latte. They were so good we got an extra one when we left. I recommend stopping by and grabbing a brew! Finally, the customer service was top notch and the barista was very knowledgeable about the menu. ☕

A really nice place to work while drinking quality coffee and tea. We had Turkish coffee, peppermint tea, and a Spanish latte, along with a breakfast sandwich and cheese danish. All was very good.

Visiting the area and Babylon Coffee was recommended to check out. Probably one of the best coffee shops I’ve ever patronized. The Mexican Latte (with almond milk) was incredible, and the owner was so warm and welcoming. I would return any time, and would be a regular customer if I lived nearby.

Delightful atmosphere, friendly, warm and welcoming. I am a first-time customer who met the owner when placing our order. The Mexican Latte with almond milk was incredible! Perfectly blended. I will be back!

It is common to come to a coffee house and you have a decent cup of Joe or specialty coffee with a good pastry to start off the day. This place takes that to another level. Everything on the coffee side is made in house, syrups included. The pastries are amazing. Excellent vibe. Just don’t sit on my couch at 8am on any given Saturday 😉

Our 2nd visit here the owner/barista is friendly and greets with a smile. She greeted many patrons by name when they walk in. Comfy and warm indoor seating atmosphere. The self serve area is clean and organized. I believe the pastries are homemade. I ordered a blueberry muffin & she mentioned they were just baked. And baked just right!
Husband ordered cinnamon dolce and that is the best one I've tasted. It did not have the overpowering sweetness like some I've had before.

The employees and owners are so nice! The atmosphere is an 11/10 and the coffee and pastries are even better. The hot Nutella latte is my go-to. I've tried to replicate this at home, and it's good, but not the same. We also purchase beans from them for our espresso/cold brew at home and I have yet to have beans that compare for the price. And all locally owned, so you're paying people and not a corporation like starbucks and for way better coffee.

You know when you feel love? Like the feeling you get when your mom hugs you? That’s the overall feeling I get when I walk in and am greeted on the way in (and out) with a hello and a warm smile. Enjoy coming here and drinking my cappuccino after a workout and getting my 20 pages of daily reading.

I love this place! I tell everyone about this coffee shop because no only is the coffee amazing the costumer service is outstanding! I love coming here and come almost everyday! The bakery items are great! I just wish there were more vegan options!

Just discovered this delightful little coffee shop. I came in to order beans and a couple of lattes, but the ambience definitely makes me want to come back and enjoy the aesthetic with a side of coffee.

In addition to the half pound bags of Ethiopian & Honduran coffee, I ordered a Honey Rose and a Lavender latte. Got them with oat milk and half sweet and I am in love with both! We will definitely be returning.

Absolutely beautiful Coffee shop. A real true mom and pop shop. Lighting is perfect. Coffee was amazing. The coffee beans are ground fresh per order. We got the Smores and a Cookie & Cream Frappes. The coffee blends very well into the flavors. Definitely beats Starbucks by a mile. If you want a real cup a coffee. Check this place out.

Adorable place and lots of drink and food options. We tried the Spanish Latte and it was delicious. They have a variety of seating, but it's a pretty small place. Clean restrooms.

I’d rather have a cup of coffee from an independently owned establishment than from the corporate-owned place that’s on every corner. Never been here before but today I had a latte; my husband had a mocha. The service was very friendly and we were very happy with our drinks. The options of coffee and sweet or savory breakfast treats are plentiful. I just wish there was room on the wall menus for descriptions of every special latte. There are descriptions online but not for every latte. So glad this place was open today as a lot of places were closed due to the cold but certainly not Antarctic weather.

Update:

This is the only place I go to for coffee in H-E-B. One reason is that I’m lactose intolerant and surprisingly there are still many coffee shops that aren’t accommodating. But Babylon Coffee Roasters is. And they have almond milk which is my preference over soy. Second, the quality of their drinks is why my husband and I keep going back. Their Flamed Orange latte is magnificent. I have also had the coco-bana, honey lavender and honey rose lattes and recommend them all! I tried their sausage rolls today and loved them because the bread is a bit sweet. Can’t wait to try their breakfast sandwiches. This place is only 5 min from my job. I had a wonderful breakfast date with my husband this morning. We’ll have to do that more often.

This place was adorable, very comfy and you can definitely just sit here to study and drink some delicious coffee. The place was very clean and they even had water for everyone to get.

Their seasonal coffee tasted AMAZING and the baristas we're nice and quick.

The woman who was working when I stopped by was so kind and friendly. The establishment itself looks beautiful. It's so well designed and really has a comfortable feel and professional aesthetic. Come try out their large selection of drinks and eats or have it delivered.

Update:
Met up with my dearest friend for coffee. Must admit it's been a year since I've been here. I need to make this place my go-to for coffee n tea!! Wasn't disappointed the first time here and this time a great experience as well. I got the Flamed Orange ..yum!! Not to mention, they have cute jewelry as well . Come n check this little gem out !!

It was a nice place very cute atmosphere definitely a nice study spot. The lady messed up on the smoothe but asked if we were okay with banana added to my strawberry smoothie. It was pretty good and for the price it was definitely worth it.

was driving by and hadn't had any coffee for the day yet so i stopped in and im so glad i did ! there was only the one employee but he was very kind and attentive.
this place is so cozy with so many drink options to choose from as well as breakfast and baked items.
they also have coffee beans and tea you can purchase separately !

I got a hot Nutella latte and a warm cinnamon roll and 10/10 recommend both!! The cinnamon roll frosting was delicious, and I usually take off frosting from cinnamon rolls. The baristas are very nice as well.
