McDonald's

The food here is usually hot and fresh but ALL McDonalds restaurants in general are out of line for some of the things they sell. It seems as if their food died when they stopped loving to see u smile😑 What kind of Big Mac is this?? The shame!!

I have used this McDonald’s for years, 99% the drive thru. It is easily that fastest, best ran McDonald’s in Tyler. The food is always fresh. The employees are always wonderful.
If the line is long don’t be discouraged you’ll be through it in no time.

I went through the Drive Thru and was not clear on what I wanted but mgr and crew were very polite and courteous and corrected the order at no charge. Thank you

Typical McDonald's food is the same. Store was clean and service was good. Glad we checked that location out. In the top 3 for Tyler.

There is 2 employees there I just love. They help so much always smiling just makes my day also my friends day as well. They work at McDonald's in Winnsboro TX. Their names are R.Infante, and J.Weems.
As a everyday customer I would love to see these two stay and wait on me. As a loyal customer I myself along with my friends think them 2 deserve a raise.
And I will keep telling everyone and spreading the news about them two and get y'all more customers rank y'all #1

Wow!!!!! After years of ordering a #1 meal...this was the best ever!!! My fries were fresh. My BigMac was on point! It was perfectly made and completely perfect when I opened the box! That never happens!!! Guest service was great as well. I seriously never thought I would be reviewing McDonald's, but here I am! I'm impressed with this store. Thank you!!!

Always good for a quick bite. Best fries anywhere around and love their apple pies.

Been sitting here working for a few hours this morning. (From about 6-8AM on 2/21/16) and I ordered three times. (Coffee, bfast, snack) and I received great service every time.

Not just that, I have watched many come and go and the service was great. I mean, yeah, "it's supposed to be" but you know in fast food that isn't always the case.

I think it reflects well on the management.

Of course, though, the ultimate credit should go to the actual workers. Two Hispanic girls (can't remember the names) that really seemed to be competent and CARE.

Great experience tonight. David was AWESOME! He was very friendly and very personable and we couldn't help but smile and laugh. He made sure our order was right and seemed to truly like his job. Hope he is in management cuz he is manager material for sure!

Went and had breakfast and my favorite fast food place just like always it was great the pancakes the eggs the coffee superb thank you McDonald's for giving me such a quality breakfast and such a great value Five Star All The Way Mickey D's

I'm an Uber Eats delivery driver and I'm in and out of this place pretty often just saw some pastries that caught my eye order your next lunch or dinner off your Uber Eats app on your phone and I guarantee you I will deliver your food the exact way I would want my own food delivered

They were friendly taking my order and fast. They had me pull up & I'm grateful because they brought me hot, fresh fries! Parking lot was clean and I have no complaints for my visit.

Seriously the fastest drive thru experience of my life! Staff was friendly. Food was fresh and hot, and burgers were made correctly with our modifications.

This McDonald's food is consistantly good and I've NEVER gotten that rancid taste in the fried foods from this McDonald's. That's a big deal to me cause the Fish Filet Sandwich is my "go to order." Worth the drive across town for the consistency. My hats off to the management of this store. :)

These girls this morning we’re on top of their business I was in and out in less than five minutes with a double breakfast order. While they had smiles on their face and they were happy to be there in low staff just made my morning!

My granddaughter loves the McGriddle sausage and the hot caramel mocha coffee and so do me and my wife.

Was on the phone to the IRS which took forever to reach them the day before and didn't want to hang up to place my order at the drive thru. Owner was patient and courteous while I place placed my order and paid. I apologize for holding up the line.

Went there late at night, staff was great and order was correct. Love being able to find a reliable place to get late night food. Will visit location again.
