Katie is the best! Great customer service, fair pricing, and great inventory. One of the easiest auto purchases I’ve experienced. She presented the truck condition accurately which was appreciated since we lived an hour away. It was my son’s first purchase experience which was nice that Katie took the time to explain various aspects of the process to him. The best is that there was no surprise dealers fees, only a minimal processing fee. Truly appreciate the experience. Buying a vehicle these days can be awful experience. I always say if you leave a dealer still being friends with the sales person the odds are you got taken to the cleaners. Not in this case Katie and her husband are doing wonders to make a positive impact and impression on the used car market. This will only continue to bring them success in the future.

Kanda Motors was the smoothest car-buying process I’ve experienced. Katie went out of her way to give advice on loan applications and tag registration. She even researched out-of-state applications to help us. Their negotiations were fair, direct, and didn’t try to upsell me. They were upfront with flaws and imperfections in the vehicle. Even with other potential buyers lined up, they honored our agreement. Fantastic people and would absolutely do business with them again.

Katie and her team were wonderful to work with and discuss options with. Transparent, no pushy sales people. Just genuine, helpful, and caring. This is how purchasing a car from a dealership should be done! I’ll be back for all our family’s vehicle needs.

When I saw the car online, it was after 9 p.m. I was surprised at the asking price for the amount of miles the car had on it, compared to the other cars I'd seen on other websites... so I figured I'd call to leave a voice-mail to express my interest... and to ask if the car was still available.
Unexpectedly, Katie actually answered the phone and said the car was still available so I made an appointment to see about coming to see the car.
When I got to the dealership, and actually met Katie in person, she was very nice and friendly... she actually reminded me of Lisa Kudrow from the show Friends.
After I test drove the car, I noticed a couple of minor issues with the car, so I brought them to her attention. She assured me that she'd have her husband fix those issues before I picked up the car... so I made a cash offer and now the car is mine.
I'd give more stars if I could because Kanda Motors rocks.
I'd definitely do business with them again if I ever need another car

Katie and Alex were very kind, hospitable, and helpful. Alex helped us out with looking at a truck my bf had found on car fax and was so patient even though it was super hot outside.
We had to look at other cars that day and decided that Kanda was the best option and came back to purchase the car. We were then helped by Katie and she was sweet, helpful and witty. She talked us though everything going on and explained, in detail, every question asked. We got there pretty late too and stayed with us past closing. She was so patient and worked with us with everything since we had come on a Saturday from Abilene.
