A few weeks ago I was looking for a new car. I found NTX Direct had the care I was looking for and at a reasonable price for what it was. When we arrived I was impressed by their showroom, it is very clean, you can view the cars inside the building (out of the sun or rain) in a climate controlled area. I worked with Peter who was kind and respectful and not pushy or rude. I would suggest these guys if you are looking for a car. One nice thing is you pay them for the Car, tax, title and license and they will go switch over the title get you new plates and do all the leg work. I've received my plates in the mail yesterday and just waiting on the title (which is sent by the state). Thanks again Peter and NTX Direct.

Worked with Craig over the phone on a Friday and he picked me up at the airport Monday morning. Showroom is new and space is huge! Everything from the vehicle to the paperwork was ready to go! An hour later I was on my drive home to Denver. Extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. No need to negotiate and he even found some items that were missing on the vehicle and had them delivered to my home to make the sale a 10/10. Would purchase from him again! Lovin my new Raptor!

Really nice indoor lot located in the old Bell Helicopter plant in Hurst. Since the vehicles are indoors you don't have to worry about any hail during the upcoming spring season. Very smooth car buying experience, everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Without a doubt the best car buying experiences I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing in quite a long time. Jason the owner greeted me as soon as I walked in, he made me feel welcomed, told him I had an appointment with his salesman Peter, was told he was currently with another customer and showed me the car himself. He gave me the background on the vehicle, started it up and walked me around the vehicle. Answered any questions I had and even showed me a 66 Mustang Fastback he was planning on renovating. The shop is clean, well maintained and well lighted show casing the other vehicles in his showroom. Was a little leery of purchasing from a nonstandard dealer but after speaking with Jason my fears were dispelled; he came across as a genuine, humble family man doing what he likes to do; offering great deals to the public. Got a chance to see his workshop which was very organized, busy and clean in comparison to other shops I have seen. I came across NTXDirect through Car Gurus and would recommend Jason and his dealership anytime. I came in my truck and even though they normally do not do so, he promised me delivery the next day which was a Saturday. All in all it was a great experience. I even mentioned them to my bank in the event someone may be looking for a well maintained and reasonably priced vehicle. I am enjoying my 2017 Mustang GT Premium with a six speed manual transmission. Thanks Jason and Crew!!

Probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have always bought new from volume dealers. However, in this case I was there to support my niece. No, she wasn't able to obtain a loan, but while I was there I noticed a truck being prepped for sale. The truck was priced a few thousand under market with several upgrades including a lift and custom bumpers. The met all of my requests without question and there was no need to haggle with the price. Peter was an amazing sales person, always helpful without question, and Craig bent over backwards to ensure the loan received was competitive with outside lenders. They essentially took away all of my points of negotiation and provided an offer I couldn't refuse. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone in search of a used vehicle to give these guys a shot. You won't be disappointed.

Just happened to stumble across this little gem of a place because they had a car I was looking for. All the vehicles are kept inside which is nice so you don't have to look at them in they heat. Their car was reasonably priced and my sales person Peter was absolutely fantastic! No pressure, very honest and Up front and had a great personality! They (Peter and the owner)gave me a very reasonable offer on my truck which I was not planning on trading in but they made it worth my while. I spent two months searching for a car and going to dealerships. They kept trying to sell me high mileage vehicles for a high price. But at this place I found the exact car I wanted for an unbelievable price. Peter and Craig were great. Best car buying experience. Never going to another dealership I will definitely be buying a car from these guys in the future.

I had the privilege of working with Craig and Peter at NTX Direct. I bought a F-250 for my business and they are currently looking for another one for me as well. After a few of weeks of having the truck I had a few issues with the truck, but Craig was super great in helping fixing the issues and got me back on the road. It gave me peace of mind to buy from them in the future because unlike most small dealerships NTX was very helpful in getting me back on the road without trying to fight me on the repairs. I feel like their response spoke volumes about their character and willingness to satisfy a customer. My credit score was not the best either and Craig worked it all out. I highly recommend you call Craig or Peter and they would be very helpful in any situation to get you in a vehicle.

I bought a 2010 Ram 1500 from this dealership in May 2018 and it has been the best vehicle I’ve owned and the people were personable and very attentive to my requests. I never write reviews until I’ve owned the product for a while so that I truly see the quality of my purchase and the quality of the folks I purchased from and NTX Direct was top-notch. After I researched the truck I wanted I went into the dealership to talk with them and they were not pushy and answered every little question I had without hesitation. The total indoor shopping experience was a big plus, especially in the Texas heat. I will bye from this company again and would suggest it to anyone looking for a new-to-you vehicle.

Peter and the whole crew was amazing. The showroom is slick and clean and they provide amazing service. Peter went above and beyond to give me the confidence of buying a car through them. They were polite, quick and the price of my new Kia was perfect. I'll buy again through them for sure!

I had a great experience today shopping around for another truck. I had 2 other car dealership meetings today for a test drive and I decided to stop at NTX Direct and take a look at a ford f150 I had seen earlier in the week. The guys there so helpful and really seem to care about their customers. They went out of there way to get me a great deal and also helped me get some insurance neeedless to say,I didn't need to go to my other 2 appointments at those other dealerships. I found what I wanted in one stop at NTX Direct. The bossman the head hancho there made everything easy for me and his guy Peter was awesome. My first time here and I recommend everyone to buy ypur next vehicle from them. Oh they have a great showroom..👍

I had the best experience with Peter and Craig at NTX Direct. They were both nice and professional. Their facility is clean and has a wonderful set up. They really did go above and beyond. They answered any and all questions I had. I will definitely go to them again when I need another vehicle, and I drove 5 hours to get there. I will recommend them to everyone. These guys are phenomenal! I worked with Tim primarily when dealing with the purchase. I purchased a 2004 Infiniti I35, so nothing really special, but he handled the whole transaction as if I was buying a million dollar car. Very professional atmosphere, but inviting as well. Their indoor showroom is by far the nicest I've seen before. I mostly enjoyed not being pressured into buying the car, as I know it had been advertised for several months, but still wasn't pressured, it was all my choice to buy or not. I really suggest this dealer for your car purchase. They keep a wide variety of cash cars as well as more expensive premium vehicles. Good place!

This is a very cool place. Huge building, inventory and lots of cool stuff going on. I think I met everyone that works there, Jason, Craig, Tony , JD, Izzy and even Ron, the service manager. I saw the car, I called, I sent a credit application, Craig called me and told me what he needed and took delivery of my car in the same day, exactly as we discussed!! You need to check this place out! Much more than a "dealership" VERY COOL!! They even have indoor batting cages / coaching for kids that they sponsor with proceeds from the dealership. I will recommend to everyone because they also have a $150 referral fee for anyone I send that buys a car!

If you’re looking for a car this is the place to go! Peter was extremely helpful and adamant on helping me get a car that was safe and reliable for me. They did not hesitate to help make the car exactly what I needed whether it be a quick fix or something that takes a little bit to figure out. I am extremely happy with everyone at NTX and my new purchase!

This was such a great experience. I seen a vehicle they had listed and stopped by to look at it. You wouldn't realize they sell vehicles there from the outside. But all their vehicles are inside and they are not high pressure sales people. Just good people doing good honest business. The place in itself was worth seeing inside. It's very unique and it's huge. They have lots of vehicle to look at and they do a very thorough check to make sure there are dependable and ready for sale. I would highly recommend stopping by if you are in need a vehicle. They are good honest people and will give you a fair deal. Plus it's just fun to walk around the place.

Definitely one of the best car buying experiences I’ve encountered! Not looking forward to car-shopping on a stormy day, I was pleasantly surprised by the immense lot inside one of the former Bell Helicopter manufacturing buildings. I had researched the car on AAA’s car-buying service website and was directed to the NTXDirect site, where NTXDirect supplied detailed info and a free Carfax report. Peter and Craig and the staff were very friendly and informative and helpful! We were in and out and driving home our new car in less than an hour! I would definitely recommend NTXDirect and their team!
