We've been renting from these guys since back in the early 2000's and I can tell you they've always been professional and courtesy. Their was never anything shady about them, they've always treated us great. What's that saying?? Treat others as you'd want them to treat you...
They do like any other establishment first come first serve and they don't rush as you wouldn't want them to rush when they are dealing with you. It's a vehicle they are loaning out not a bicycle. Lol

I would love to write a positive post, but I can't. I rented a economy car for a week on 4/19 & returned it with more gas than it had, fewer miles used than allowed, and have as of today 5/16/18 not received my refund from the $250.00 they auto-withdrew from my bank account. I called, texted, and given assurances that this would be taken care of, but again, I have not received it. I understood it would cost $169.00 for the week with tax & I am waiting for the difference!

Do not book with this company! I repeat, do not book with this company! Horrible experience! If you want to wait anywhere from 2-3 hours then this place is for you! Run down, in the middle of nowhere, process to get the rental is horrible! Do not recommend to no one, just pay extra and go somewhere else!

I cant believe this person tried to charge almost three thousand dollars for two weeks with a Ford fusion claiming late fees as the reason when he only charged 200 a week to begin with. Got the car uncleaned so he gave permission to smoke in it only to turn around and try to hold me accountable for the condition the car was in to begin with. Comes across as kind and a good person but it's only the setup to the bad business that's to come.

This crook just drafted my account fore almost 3000 dollars and I've never done business with him. His business was with my father a grown man all his own as i am a father of three with major health conditions. A notice for court was never recieved as well as no notice of being sued absolutely nothing but this guy thinks it's ok and legal to help himself to a ludicrous amount of money that's double what it would cost to buy the rental car my father got from him. Besides 2 weeks of 4 were paid to this gufball and now that he's illegally taken my ability to feed and care for my family i will be seeking legal action against him and BY KEEP THIS IN MIND THAT MY FATHER'S BEEN IN THE HOSPITAL FIGHTING FOR HIS LIFE AND WERE PROBABLY GOING TO LOSE HIM BUT DON'T WORRY I'LL PAY MY FATHERS REMAINING DEBTS WITH THE INSURANCE FUNDS HE'S LEAVING ME BECAUSE HE WOULD WANT ME TO. NEGATIVE $2700 HE HAS LEFT MY ACCOUNT KNOWING THAT I HAVE NEVER ENTERED INTO ANY CONTRACTS WITH HIM WRITTEN NOR VERBAL AND HAVE NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH HIM IN ANY FORM. POOR ETHICS SIR
