Crunch Fitness - Tyler

If I could choose 4.5 stars, I would. Not quite deserving of 5 but also not deserving of 4 either. Reason being that as far as the staff and the facility is concerned, very clean, very spacious, staff (particularly Max) are very friendly and accommodating. I have attended this gym for nearly 2.5 years and have only encountered two issues. One being an easily irritable customer working out, which frustrating albeit, isn't the fault of the store itself. My only other complaint is hidden fee's in the membership cost. But, who really gets a gym membership for $10 a month, right? Anyways, I commend Max as always being friendly, and helpful. He doesn't make me feel like a customer, but rather a friend.

Crunch Fitness - Tyler is a great place to grab a workout at. Dumbells go up to 120 lbs., many different cables machines, and a variety of other equipment. With inexpensive monthly plans, access to many different services, and a very positive atmosphere, it is hard not to recommend. 5/5 Stars

We have both been to and worked at Crunch elsewhere. They did this one right. We were so overwhelmed with the sheer space. All the machines we ever would need are here. The staff is super friendly. Phenomenal place for a fantastic price.

This is a fun gym at an affordable price point. The instructors are great, and the variety of classes keep the momentum going, so one should not plateau as the opportunity to mix things up is fantastic!

I go in the mornings around 6 and rarely wait for equipment. Workers are nice and people nearly always re-rack their weights. Sad to be moving away or I’d stay a member.

Also shoutout to whichever employee gave me a fist bump and said “looking huge” the other day I’ve been riding that high for a month.

I absolutely adore this gym. It’s the first gym I’ve ever felt comfortable and confident walking into. The personal trainers are awesome- all of them ones I’ve met anyway! You can ask any staff member about a machine or a service you don’t know how to use and they will make sure you get the correct info. Amber and Devin are my go-tos when I need a quick answer or a demo.

Big shout out to Andrew, the personal trainer I am signed up with. He’s absolutely the perfect match for me. He always pushes me just the right amount but isn’t afraid to back off if my body just isn’t feeling it.

The hydro massage chairs are the bomb. If you haven’t flipped over and let it run over your upper thighs and abs, you’re missing out!

The kid center is great. I usually see young kids/toddlers in there. But even my 10 year old enjoys himself on the rare occasions I need to stick him in there.

Was pleasantly surprised at how painless joining was. They have great amenities, including red-light therapy. Child care is a major bonus as well. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. It was nice to feel encouraged about starting out.

This is going to be a long review but I promise it’s well worth it.

I’ve been an employee at crunch for maybe 2 1/2 months, which in hind sight isn’t long at all. Throughout my entire experience thus far I’ve been treated with the utmost respect and compassion you could possibly imagine. I’ve met some very amazing people and have grown relationships with many of the employees. They not only care very deeply about their customers and helping to grow those customers into the best version of themselves by making time for each individual person if they should ever need it, but also care very deeply about their employees. No matter the issue I’ve had, they’ve always had my back in trying to make me the most comfortable I could possibly be. Including finding me hours to work when I was stressed about money, or checking in on us regularly to make sure we all feel good about how things are going, and overall just making an effort to build a safe environment for every single person within the building, gym rats and all.

More recently I had a personal emergency with someone I hold very dear to my heart. Someone a few of them had met maybe 2-3 times. With absolutely no warning I had to run out of the gym and get to my person as quickly as I possibly could. Giving the management nothing but an “I have to go” as I was already half way out the door. And the first thing they did was ask me if I was okay. Then a member of the management left his shift to come to the hospital to bring me the stuff I had left and offer any kind of support that I needed. Over the course of many days I have been getting messages from people within our tribe offering any help they possibly could give. And giving me the time I need to take care of this persons needs without any questions or obstacles at all.

I’ve watched members of the team in all areas of the gym work day and night, growing personal relationships with regulars and making an effort to get to know those familiar faces. Taking every second they could spare to make every moment of your experience enjoyable. From simple stuff like clean and functioning equipment to classes fit to help you achieve your goal in a completely judgement free environment. They take their jobs of making sure every person within that gym feels safe and encouraged, very very seriously.

I would easily recommend this place to any and all persons. You’re in completely perfect hands the moment you walk through those doors And I think it’s very important that people know that.

Fantastic gym with a very friendly staff, knowledgeable trainers, and great range of equipment. It gets a little crowded from time-to-time, but that's simply a testament to its awesomeness!

Plenty of equipment, space, knowledgeable personal trainers, and clean entertainment. Also has a sauna, child care, and a variety of group classes. Positive gym environment (people come here to work) and it shows. Best gym I've ever joined. Can't beat the price and it's open 24hrs.

Love it! The main thing that grab my attention was all the different style of exercises classes and all at various hours. They also have gym equipment, stand up and lay down tanning beds, red light therapy and massages. Normally they have day care as well. The price is great ($32 a month for all the bells and whistle), staff is friendly, gym is clean, and pretty well organize. I highly recommend this gym.

My wife and I have changed our lifestyle to a more healthy lifestyle. At Crunch you aren't just another number. Our Trainer Johnny is AWESOME. He is down to earth and ACTUALLY cares about each of his clients. Johnny will help coach you and answer all your questions.

Crunch Fitness is the best gym I’ve ever been to bar none. It is always clean and the customer service is top notch. The membership cost is very affordable especially considering that all the equipment is new and in perfect working order every time I go. Extra cleaning procedures and social distancing protocols have been put in place as well.

Since becoming a member, I truly look forward to going to the gym! Crunch Fitness definitively has their priorities straight. Every single time I go, whether it be to get a HIIT class in, enjoy the sauna or relax on one of the marvelous hydro massage beds, I leave feeling better than when I walked in. I’ve even made a few friends - both gym members and staff!

I’ve been a Crunch Fitness member for about a month and now I go every day. My next goal is to go twice a day! Other gyms I’ve been members of in the past quite obviously hoped members didn’t come too often. I could tell because the focus was always on getting more members and not on investing in the experience of current members. Crunch Fitness clearly prioritizes enriching the health and fitness of their current members over recruiting new members. If current members are seeing positive changes in their lives, then new members will just flock to the gym from seeing those changes in those they know!

Crunch Fitness is more than a gym. It’s a place to grow and heal and meet true friends. I just so happen to get a good workout in there too!

I loved working out here while living in Tyler temporarily. The group fitness instructors and personal trainers are absolutely incredible. They are positive, full of energy, and very helpful. Group fitness classes were my favorite! The energy in the classes thanks to the instructors was unbeatable.

Great prices, friendly people, clean equipment, good childcare and amenities. The app is a little flaky but that's not their fault. Even when the parking lot is full it still doesn't seem too packed. I haven't tried the classes but above heard they are great as well.
