This is very much a hole but don't let that discourage you from trying their food as it is amazing!!! I got the pastor tacos and they were delicious! I love pastor and I am picky about it, so I was pleasantly surprised when I bit into my first taco and the explosion of flavor hot my mouth. Very juicy and tender! My SO got the breakfast plate and he liked it a lot too. I will definitely be back.

Tastefully decorated and spacious clean restroom. Food was okay.

Their was a waiter and he was amazing I will go back just to have wonderful customer service 🙏🏻 and very good food

Got the chicken Chimichanga and it was amazing. Taste, and texture was done right. The salsa and beans were very good as well. Not the best I've had, but definitely worth visiting.

I googled, caldo de res nearby. Four places showed up. This place was the third on the list and all others didn't have it when I called to order. This place is a tiny corner restaurant on the other side of the freeway dividing fort worth and everman street in Everman Tx? Don't let Google fool you. Make sure you input the address because It kept getting MapQuest as 58 minutes out of my home when I just pressed the directions from the web online. It turned out to be 8 minutes from my home 😁 76134 zip code. I will say that the phrase.." Don't judge a book from it's cover describes this place. Being a El Paso Tx native and a proud Mexican cuisine food critic. I give this taste of home restaurant a 5 plus. It won't disappoint.

Delicious! 3 tacos and a Gordita for 9 bucks. Not bad at all. They even put cut potatoes next to the tacos. I recommend trying this place out.

I ordered Menudo to go at around 5pm. The Menudo was ready in minutes and was very flavorful in a 32 ounce container . They gave me lime on the side as well as hot sauce, cilantro, and onions all in total about 13$. I’d definitely recommend this place and will be coming back.

I have never been to this little hidden gem. My co-worker invited me to lunch and when I tell you the service and food was amazing. If you're ever in Fort Worth and on Everman Parkway for lunch stop by you won't be disappointed.

Insane. Amazingly delicious. Still thinking about it. Got a chicken burrito that will ruin other burritos for me for a while.

Had the menudo. It was awesome. It wasn't mom's menudo, but it was pretty darn close. My friend had the beef caldo. He said it was pretty tasty as well. We had the opportunity to speak with the owner's son for a bit. He was very soft spoken and professional. I suggest you stop in and grab a bite.

Stopped there for the first time today and enjoyed the chicharrón tacos and tripas taco. My daughter had pollo tacos and we both agreed that the food here is excellent. I want to tell you that our server Ismael was very polite and attentive and friendly as well. I highly recommend this restaurant for authentic Mexican food.

Came to eat breakfast over easy eggs with potatoes and beans.their the best around the fort worth area for breakfast.their menu looks real good ,when it comes to eat Mexican food this is the place.

The best tacos I’ve had tried many spots and this place I would say will definitely be my go to. The young lady that works there is super nice and remembers my order every time I walk in. Also let me add, I told her I wanted to try something new and she pointed me to the right direction. Thank you

I’d love to add photos but didn’t take any before we devoured everything! Our first time ordering, and will not be the last. Pastor, Bistek and Barbacoa tacos were all perfect, and the potatoes and onions served with them are to die for! Hot and fresh, even with door dash delivery! Price point is perfect, too. We will order again soon - can’t wait to explore more menu options!!!

The food is always fresh. The flavoring & the making of the food is always the same. Never had a bad experience here.
