We came to Furniture Queen by referral. We definitely were not disappointed. We were greeted when we came in and staff was able to help with any questions. It was nice to be able to take our time and look around and not feel pressured to buy. We chose the sofa set that best fit us and used the delivery option.

Delivery was easy, received text notification with my arrival window and confirmation the delivery day. Delivery team was super nice and assembled items needed.

The couches are just what we wanted and so comfortable, we love them!!

Sylvia with Furniture Queen did an excellent job of helping us get the best deal for our bedroom furniture. She was transparent with the pricing, there were no bait and switch like other surrounding furniture stores. We were very impressed with her and the team for their quick follow up and delivery. They were faster than me to follow-up on our delivery, which is very rare these days. The two drivers who came were very courteous and professional. They texted us to confirm the delivery date, texted us when they are on the way, came in on time, took ten minutes to put everything together and left. We also got follow- up messages after the delivery to make sure we are happy with our purchase. I cannot recommend them more.

Furniture Queen is my go to furniture store. I bought a mattress 10 years ago and it’s still holding up like new. Plus their mattresses are the most affordable in the area. I was in need of an additional mattress, and didn’t hesitate to contact Furniture Queen. I bought the mattress a few weeks for pick up. Pick up was very quick and easy. No fluff. Furniture Queen cares and want their customers to be happy and satisfied. For that I am grateful!!

Had such a great experience at this furniture store! The selection was easy to look at and organized showroom. My sales person Sylvia was very kind and her customer service was great. Delivery was also very seamless and the deliverers were extremely professional. If you looking for a wonderful deal on new furniture this is the place!

Only have good things to say about this place! We did have an issue, however, Furniture Queen went above and beyond to fix it. I drove 2 hours to Katy to pick up a matching couch and loveseat by Ashley furniture for WAY cheaper than any other furniture store. Got all the way home and realized it was the wrong couch (it had been wrapped). Ashley furniture had put the wrong couch in the packaging, so it was not Furniture Queen’s fault at all since it was the packaging for the couch we ordered. Furniture Queen allowed us to use the wrong couch until the right one came in, and they delivered it to us even though they don’t normally deliver outside of Katy. The people who work there are wonderful and I will definitely want to buy from there again!

I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. Sylvia answered my questions, order was placed quickly and easily. Furniture came in quicker than estimated. Assembly was fairly easy. The piece is sturdy and beautiful.

I brought 3 beds and a sectional so far from furniture queen and I absolutely love my furniture. Delivery and setup was easy. They also offer payment options with 3 months no interest. This place is my one stop shop when I’m in need of furniture

When I shop here I deal with John, great guy ..
Now the lady close to the door she has a problem and is very rude, her smiles are fake as they come. She needs to check her self in anger management classes. Well thank you again John for being the best sales person again sir.

I love the bed and the dinning table I got from here. The pickup was organized and quick. I would recommend shopping with them as their prices are cheaper then most of the competitors and they have the exact same furniture cause I searched around before I purchased.

I want to thank the whole staff all the way from the sales people to the delivery drivers. This is the second time ordering furniture and having it delivered with no problems or issues at all. Everything went smooth again and we got exactly what we wanted. Customer service goes far with me and you guys display it to the fullest and some. Keep it up. Humanity is still a thing. Especially at furniture queen.

The entire experience with Furniture Queen was ideal! I was able to look at the furniture, selected what we wanted, and ordered it through texting. Even payment and paperwork was via text. Had everything in stock. Delivery was in 5 days and the delivery guys were quick, efficient and put everything together right where we asked. This has been the best furniture purchase I have ever had - and we WILL be back. I can’t see getting furniture anywhere else now!

I was only going in to look because I wanted to make the best decision between Furniture Queen & Ashley Home Store. However, going in was the best decision. Sylvia was beyond courteous and extremely helpful with assisting me on purchasing my beautiful furniture. I got the best. Nice service, furniture, deal & it was what I wanted and it happen to be the Ashley furniture I was hoping for. The delivery was only a few days later and the delivery team were fast and friendly.
It felt good that I didn’t have to drive all over town looking.
I can’t wait to go back to pick out my dinning room furniture, I know it will also be another great experience, quality furniture, and awesome service.
