I'm glad I bought my wife's computer from here. Not only were the prices right, they have stock (no unreasonable waits), and they actually know what there talking about (no apologizes to Geek Squad). So much so, that I came back 2 months later to build another computer. And wouldn't you know that the MSI GeForce RTX 4090 price came WAY down. So my wife gave me her bad*** 4080 build and she's got the best of the best. All for a damn good prices and again, This tech crew Know What there Doing! I seriously appreciate yall for all your work. Hands Down, if I needed another build, and soon, I'd go back again.

Excellent! Friendly and ultra helpful staff. They have everything you might need. We went to grab a sata cable, and they really hooked us up after Best Buy had let us down. We will definitely be back, as our first stop next time. Thank you!

This place has it all. Stuff you can’t find at Best Buy. Plus the service is much better. Very helpful staff that actually know about the products they sell. I’ll go here first for now on.

Amazing staff, not the variety of micro center, but the staff is super honest and won't push garbage like micro center will.

I’m not a full time networking person but I know enough to wire mine and some friends houses and businesses.
It’s nice to have a place like this close by, they have a ton of computer parts and equipment and are always helpful and knowledgeable when I have questions.
Weather you’re a pro or diy-er I highly recommend coming here for any computer or networking things.

Needed a cable extension for my rachio sprinkler control and just did a quick Google search to find it locally vs. ordering from Amazon. Bam! Their website showed they had it in stock at a much better price than Amazon. Went in and was greeted by someone who pointed me in the direction of what I was looking for. I walked around a bit more and they have a ton of stuff! I'll be back when I need some cat6 cables and probably to just browse some more. Same guy who pointed me in the right direction also helped to cash me out and he was a solid nice dude.

I needed my motherboard and cpu and a graphics card tested, and they were kind,helpful,and found out my graphics card were bad, so I got 2 new ones,plus a windows 11 home key 10/10

These guys are amazing! Water had somehow gotten into the power cord box of my saltwater reef tank lighting. I couldn’t find a replacement anywhere online and didn’t want to spend 300 bucks on new lights or loose hundreds of dollars of coral I took the cord in and asked if they had anything that could help. Immediately the guy that helped me found a suitable replacement and held it for me until I got paid the next day. I’ve since plugged it all in and my lights are back up and running thank you so much!!!

It’s a smaller company compared to like Fry’s or similar, but the employees at Altex know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about. I have be thoroughly impressed with their knowledge and willingness to help. You can’t really blame them for things like faulty parts. At the end of the day it’s all bleeping computers!
However, the folks of Altex do their due diligence with recommendations and advice, to aid in making the best decision.

First off, the employees at this store are beyond helpful and have excellent customer service skills. I have been to this store about 2 or 3 times now and my experience has been extremely positive every time. The store is also very well stocked. This was the only place in town I could find the adapter I needed for my laptop that actually carried it. Best Buy, Office Depot, and Staples all had to be ordered. Their prices are better or on par with big box stores as well. I will definitely continue to come here for all my electronic needs!

Great selection and staff. It's the only near by place to get decent pc parts, better networking equipment like Poe switches, racks, Poe cameras, soldering materials, discreet components like barrel jacks/buttons, and now more exotic connectors (db9/etc) and ribbon cable.

The guys here provided exceptional customer service. Employees were approachable and ready to help. Which is so rare today in any retail store. The pricing was actually very competitive with online prices too. Very clean and organized. Definitely shopping here in the future for any of my electronic needs.

Staff was awesome. They answered questions I had, were easy to find when needed, and not pestery when just browsing. Selection of items was very good, sections are well laid out and are well labeled. This will be my new first stop place for anything electronics or computer related.

I've here probably 4 times. About to go make my 5th, I really like it, each time I have felt a certain kinship with my technically minded brethren. They seem as excited about technology as I do. Also, I on my first 2 visits after my purchase they offered me a free bottle of water. (I realize it's a small gesture but it's still very nice.) I feel like the prices are decent, I usually price compare a good bit and on average I generally can expect to get a decent deal there and I feel pretty confident that I'm never getting ripped off. Plus it's so much fun just to walk in and walk around. I'm a big fan!

You will absolutely not regret going here. The team here were 100% honest with me even with a strict budget. They spent almost the whole day with me with helping me select parts for a personal gaming PC. New to the hobby these guys are inspirational and they ALL care about what they do. Competitors can't beat their respect, honesty, overall integrity and in house parts you know you can trust.
