Krista, was absolutely amazing! I’ve never gone into a phone store by myself until this past week and she made my experience SUPER easy. She slowly walked me through everything I needed to know and was extremely patient and kind. I wish I could give her a 10 star rating!!! I’ll definitely recommend her to anyone that needs a new phone! Thank you again for the amazing experience!!

Krista was amazing. She made the experience easier than I could of imagine. When I got there's I wasn't having the best experience, and by the time I left, she had flipped my whole day around with her positive attitude and infectious energy. Go T-Mobile for hiring Krista!!! I have to do a Rave about Xenia at T-Mobile on Troup hwy. She has some amazing customer service. She had issues with our new iPhone and instead of making us go home and deal with it, she came back the next evening on her day off, to meet us and get the phone fixed. It's a rare occasion when you find someone that actually likes their job enough to make the customer happy.

Phone rep Krista was just amazing! Very helpful, and she knows her stuff! We had an awesome experience!

I ordered my phone from a different store. UPS refused to deliver the package to me. After talking with the T mobile customer care rep, I was told I would have to wait 3 weeks to get a refund. Meanwhile, I could go spend more money and buy another phone if I needed it earlier. I went into this store and the manager took great care of me and even drove an hour out of her way to make sure I got a phone that day!

Usually, I hate going into cellphone providers since they are some pushy salesmen, but I got lucky. I arrived early in the morning when no one was there and talked to Xenia. She walked me through everything on how the reimbursement would work, transfer requirements, and other deals that are going on. I usually mess up something if I do it alone, but she was very helpful and caring. If I ever have a problem with my account, I'm only sticking with her. :) Thanks again, Xenia!

Man every time I come in the store the three guys Daniel Josh and the new guy James. They're friendly they're helpful they're smiling they're great great customer service Representatives. I give the store five stars just on my past experience and this one I just had. it's mainly a T-Mobile only store so if you're still with Sprint network to go down the road but if you have T-Mobile please go to the store and I promise you that your every need will be met in a very timely fashion.

I would like to show appreciation to Devanta "Ta" for his great patience and hospitality when I entered the store a few days ago! Most times you get people in this industry that can be pushy, but he was very welcoming and made me feel confident in the decision I made and to add he made sure to set me up with what works best for me. Made the drive due to the technical knowledge and amazing communicative skill demonstrated by the manager by phone the day prior. Grasped a comprehensive understanding of technology and service packages for a well informed decision. Efficiently tying up loose ends of tech questions spanning 25 years. Brilliant Sales approach for long term loyal clientele!

Great customer service. Every time I call or come into the store I get greeted and they answer all my questions! Will definitely always be coming here. Sergio and the other personal are always helpful even when they aren't the ones personally helping you. They work as a team. Great store and team.

Check this place out. Their customer service is great and literally made us switch 7 lines from Verizon. Cutting my bill from $375 to $160 (with autopay). Very honest, straightforward and simple. I will always send my referrals to this place. Even if it’s an hour away. Worth the customer service

I would like to recognize manager Kristy R. at this T-Mobile location. I came into the store with a home internet problem. Even though they do not sell or service home internet products she diagnosed the problem and started making phone calls to fix the issues. She spent a lot of time on the phone with customer service walking the customer service agents through what needed to be done to fix the issues. She was calm and collected and cooperative.T-Mobile has a great employee and should know that.

When I went in, I told Daniel (the store manager) that I would not be making a purchase today, but he still took a ton of time answering my questions and helping me make a plan that works for me. Even though he won't get any credit later on, he earned T mobile a customer today. Great service!!

Me and my wife had transferred our numbers from another carrier and the staff got the ports finished in less than an hour including having my wife buy a new phone. The weirdest part of the experience was that the reps changed on us a few times when other customers came in, I have worked a similar job and that was a first for me but at the same time we got there right after lunch time and that can be either a dead time or an all hands on deck event. All in all that's a 4 star experience, the review receives the 5th star from the staff going above and beyond. We have a toddler and during out transfer, she started to get fidgety so my wife took her outside and want in front of the building. During that time they had opened the door to the car and my daughter's favorite blanket fell out without our knowledge until later that night. Fast forward the the next afternoon and a sleepless night, I called the store and found out that it fell in their parking lot and that a rep or manager had found it that morning after it rained the night before. The next day I went to pick it up and found out the manager had took it home to wash and dry it. I will forever use this store.

George has helped me tremendously. He is a miracle worker & managed to save all of my photos. He was also patient with my la k of the h skills. I highly recommend this T-Mobile store!!!

Andrew helped me tremendously!! He was very polite and very prompt he went beyond our expectations and even transferred all of my text messages to the new device for which I had no idea on how to make happen! Store 4123 is great aand customer service is amazing!!! I also love my new phone!!!
