I recently switch from Progressive to State Farm. Best decision I made. Not only was the process super easy, but I saved $35 a month by switching. Daniel made the entire process super easy and made sure I was aware of all my options. He didn't make me feel pressured and was very friendly and professional from start to finish.

Where should I begin? Over the weekend, I researched some insurance companies and decided to give you all a call on Monday to verify everything. I spoke with Nohemi, who gave me her undivided attention for 45 minutes! She multitasked effortlessly while having a conversation with me, making it feel like I was talking to a friend. This meant a lot to me, especially since I'm living alone in a new state and have been feeling down lately. Nohemi ensured I understood everything and even wished me an early happy birthday! My auto insurance recently increased with my renewal but I refuse to go anywhere else than State Farm. I called my agent Maria Santos and as always she was extremely patient, helpful, and understanding. Maria worked a couple different plans for me to be able to decrease my premium to a level I was comfortable with. This office is very personable and professional which now a days is a rare find. This is by far the best State Farm location to look for insurance!! The staff are so kind with their clients and they do their best to suit our needs. Daniel A. Mata was the one that helped me get insured after desperately searching for a good insurance quote on my new car and he got me right! He was the last person to give me hope that it was possible to get an affordable insurance rate even on a brand new car in the recent years (ie. 2021, 2022, and 2023). He was so amazing throughout the whole process of getting me started and I can tell that he genuinely wanted to help me and he did not stop until I was happy with what I was about to be paying in the future, and I can go ahead and say that I am %100 satisfied. Hands down, the best customer service I've ever received from an insurance company. Honestly, it's the best customer service I've had in a very long time in any industry. Magaly is the account manager who is extremely helpful and really excellent at helping to explain and understand my policies and coverages. Great insurance, especially Angela and David they were help. They help me save more money then be being with Allstate for 20 something years and double my payment when I added my son’s car to the policy. Now State Farm save me half the money and we’re very happy we went with them.
