Dr. Branch and the staff I’ve interacted with are friendly and attentive. Dr. Branch is attentive while with me. I know she has a full schedule, but she takes the time needed to address my concerns. I like that she serves as a case manager, reviewing reports from other medical entities, such as mammograms, cardiologist and surgeon reports. I have recommended this clinic to several people.

I was so happy to meet my doctor on the first visit. Dr. Branch made me feel comfortable and I was able to express my concerns, ask questions and get honest and helpful feed back. I also appreciate she wants to follow-up with me after I have taken my prescribed hormones and actively worked on controlling my cholesterol. Dr Branch was personable and this put me at ease and made for a pleasant visit.

As a person, Doctor Branch is a get it done kind of person. I really like her no nonsense attitude. Very pleasant while being very professional. As a doctor, I give her A+. When you leave the examination room you will have a clear understanding of what the issue is and what steps will be taken to make you healthy again.

Dr Branch does whatever it takes to get the right care for her patients. She is the best doctor I have ever had.
She has been my doctor and friend since the first day of her practice. And an even better bonus is the fact that she is a strong Christian and isn't afraid to make that known. Love you Doc.

When my husband and I retired to East Texas five years ago, we were very concerned about finding a PCP who was as caring and trustworthy as our primary care physician who we had retained for more than 20 years and who we were leaving behind. It was our sincere prayers that led us to choose Dr. Branch. I can’t imagine a more caring and proficient doctor who knows the medical community well and gives expert advice about specialists we may need. Her great team supports us when we have a sudden illness and she monitors us closely. She is friendly, optimistic, and does not hide her principles of Christian faith. I've been seeing Dr. Branch for 1 1/2 years and am extremely pleased with her treatment. She relates well, listens to questions and concerns, is aggressive with treatment when needed and never rushes through my appointment. I would and have recommended her to friends.

Everyone at TIMA from the front desk all the way to the back door is exceptionally nice. My wife and I always see Dr Branch together and from the time we enter the front door to the time our visit is over we are treated more as friends and family than as just another patient. They are very prompt on appointments and we have never waited more than ten minutes to be taken back to see the Doctor. Dr Branch is a very patient and caring Doctor even with us “old folks”. I will recommend Dr Branch and TIMA to anyone looking for quality medical care.

Dr Branch and all her office staff is very knowledgeable friendly, and professional. You feel like they really care for you, and they quickly address your needs. Many times I have sent messages and my concerns were addressed within one day.
