Walked in and 45 minutes later walked out with a car I wanted and within my budget and down payment budget. Ralph was helpful and knowledgeable. He was a good salesman but didn’t come across like the typical used care salesman. He was understanding of my situation and worked hard to get me financed on my terms. Highly recommend!!!!

I cannot say enough about how great this dealership is. The first vehicle I bought ended up having an engine issue within the first week. This engine issue could not have been predicted. So even though the dealership had no liability in the situation, they told me to pick the car that I would like, and then transferred my loan to the new car without any additional payments. And that’s not even what makes them great. I ended up totaling my car approximately 8 months after I bought it. Chacon Autos helped me get into something equivalent to the SUV I totaled. This dealership is amazing if you are rebuilding credit. Go to the Chacon Autos dealership in Tyler and ask for Miguel. I have been to a number of dealerships in my life, but Miguel is the absolute best car salesman I have encountered. I just can’t say enough. If you are even considering buying a car from Chacon, do it. You will not be disappointed.
