Burnett Dental Care

I've had such a great experience under the care of Dr. Burnett. Dr. Burnett and his staff are very professional and at the same time having a warm and friendly atmosphere. I had to let my dental care go due to my husband's illness. Dr. Burnett had to basically rebuild my front teeth. They look so good I'm not getting them capped as I had originally planned to do. All of the work done on my teeth has been excellent. I can't tell you how pleased I am. I thought that after years of no dental care I would have to have dentures. Now that looks like I will never have to get dentures.

Dr. Burnett has been my dentist for many years and is excellent. It is never an unpleasant experience, since he and his staff are caring and very good at what they do. It is a treat to have the paraffin wax hand treatment and warm neck pillow and even a blanket. They go the extra mile to make patients completely comfortable and at ease during procedures and hygiene. I would recommend Dr. Burnett to anyone looking for a dentist in the Tyler area.

Just had my first appointment today! I was surprised by an offer of complimentary hand wax or heated pillow from a lovely woman I believe is named Amanda who took great care of me. (There are also gentle massagers in the chairs!) The staff was very friendly, especially Savannah when I had to reschedule last minute. It was also super refreshing at how knowledgeable she was about insurance billing. Dr. Burnett really takes the time to explain every bit of the process and his concerns and they seem to genuinely want your best dental health without being pushy. We all know how uncomfortable the dentist is and they really try (successfully) to do it differently. Go check it out and get a free cup of goodies on your first appointment 🤓

Extremely warm and inviting! I have been going here for years and never had a bad experience. I am always excited to go and pampered every time. Having my hands dipped in warm wax as well as a warm neck pillow. Dr. Burnett has always been so sweet and so has the staff. Definitely the best choice to be your dentist.

I had a wonderful experience with Burnette Dental Care. I am a person who loves personable and thorough work and I received just that. Dr. Burnett was very thorough and answered all my questions. He took his time to complete the work efficiently and has excellent bedside. I would definitely recommend.

I always love seeing Krista, Savanna, an Elizabeth. They are always pleasant, professional, warm an inviting...super nice! These ladies take the edge off what is, for many people, a very stressful experience. Very sensitive an reassuring throughout the process. Love them! An Dr Burnett is the best. Very friendly, professional an reassuring. One of the reasons he has been my dentist for 20 years an even though I live in San Antonio now I still come back to Tyler to see them! A truly wonderful team of caring providers of state of the art dental care.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Burnett and his staff. The personal treatment that I've received since my first visit has been exceptional. This place is Awesome. I had to make an emergency appointment and they took really great care of me. I was cold and they gave me a blanket so I could be warm, WHAT??, I almost asked them if I could move in, lol. I just recently moved to Tyler and we found out we are pregnant! So quickly, we started looking for new doctors in the area. I live in the same neighborhood as the location for Burnett Dental Care, and I saw that they had really great reviews so I gave them a call to set up an appointment.

They were so personable over the phone and had a lot of flexibility to get me set up with an appointment, even though I was not an existing patient. I'm so used to the wait time for a first consultation being weeks-months so when they said they could get me in within the next week, I was so pleasantly surprised!

Fast forward to the appointment, and honestly, it was just wonderful. I hate going to the dentist, as most people do, but I don't even mind going to Burnett Dental Care! The wait time was very short and they honored my appointment time! I had a 2:30 appointment and was in the chair by 2:35. Their front desk staff was very kind and efficient getting my insurance and account set up. The dental hygienists were knowledgable and very kind. They took special notice/care when I told them I was pregnant and made sure that I was extra protected from the x-rays. I got to meet with Dr. Burnett at my first appointment and he walked me through each procedure before he did it, and explained the results thoroughly afterwards. You can tell he enjoys his work by how he talks about the new technology and how the field is advancing. He is very helpful, brilliant and kind. I felt very taken care of and like I could trust them to take care of my pregnant, swollen gums!

I had my teeth cleaning a couple weeks ago and it was quick, smooth, and the hygienist walked me through brushing and flossing techniques that I had not heard of before, to help promote gum and tooth health. They equip you with methods to really care for your mouth and don't shame you for not knowing how to before you came in. I am a big fan of the staff and would recommend them to anyone, especially if you are expecting and overwhelmed by the amount of doctor's appointments you are having to schedule! This one will be painless! Choosing Burnett Dental Care as your dentist is a no-brainer!

Professional, caring, and quality dental care from start to finish!
I broke a tooth on the drive to visit my father in Tyler. I called Burnett Dental Care the very next morning. They were willing to fit me in that afternoon even though I was visiting from out of town and did not have an appointment.
Each and every person I encountered, from my initial phone call to meeting Dr. Burnett, was a pleasure. Dr. Burnett was especially kind, clearly explained my options, and was able to get me fixed up and on my way. Excellent dental care ... and my tooth is grateful!

The environment here is extremely soothing and very comfortable, the stress and anxiety I used to have at other dental offices is nonexistent here. The hot neck pillow, massage chairs, and hand wax made my visits easy and relaxing. Can’t wait to come back for my 6 month cleaning, if your looking for a dentist you won’t dread coming to see. Dr Burnett is the man for you

The folks here are very thorough, and friendly. That's exactly what you want in a visit to the dentist. The hygienist looked closely at my x-rays before even touching my teeth. My teeth have never been this clean! (And I see a dentist at least 2X/yr.) I'd leave a picture, but a close-up with a mustache is either comedic, or gross, so just take my word for it ;)

Very pleasant experience over the years with a wonderful, warm staff at Burnett Dental Care. Elizabeth Myrick is the best hygienist I've used, and Dr. Robert Burnett is top notch, he genuinely cares about his patients.

My tooth broke Friday night. I have no dental insurance so I sufferred with it all weekend. Dr.Burnett was highly recommended to me. I called first thing Monday and got an appointment that very day. He reconstructed my tooth and I was able to be at work that very afternoon. I found all the people at this office to be very kind, caring and compassionate. Dr. Burnett is very gentle as well.

Very good for the fact that it was a "dental" experience! I have never liked going to the dentist and so my teeth are in bad shape. We are now retired and on a fixed income but this particular dentist takes Care credit so it makes procedures so much more affordable. It was truly painless. I would and have recommended this office to my friends

Dr Burnett and his staff were the most compassionate people! I was in severe pain following the incompetent care of a highly advertised Tyler sedation dentist. His office worked me in AND evaluated me at no charge. They were compassionate and understanding to my plight. Dental insurance is not-cost effective via my employer so I do not carry it, yet take very meticulous care of my teeth.

I am so glad that I listened to the reviews! I have never had such a pleasant experience. The dentist and assistant explained everything in great detail. From the minute I walked in, to the minute I left, the office staff and everyone there was absolutely amazing. I recommend this place to anyone needing a wonderful and trustworthy dentist!
