The people in the Veterans Center have been really helpful along my journey to getting my degree. I couldn't have made it this far without them.

It’s a shame that some of the people in this office treat Veterans so poorly when they need assistance.

My wife has been struggling to get her access her benefits and have her enrollment processed so that she can receive her benefits.

Please do better! You’re out in this position to HELP VETS, not make things harder for them.

The people there are just collecting their checks and not at all helpful, they're actually quite rude. The front desk worker knew more than the actual Veteran Advisors. If you're in the VA pipeline it's about as unhelpful as anything else you've dealt with before. They don't spit in your face, but they do talk down to you quite a bit if you ask any questions on their preferential protocols. Surely there will be no change so just stick to your guns and do what you gotta do just like every other unhelpful military services :)
