I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff at Moore Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens for making my husband's services so incredibly special. From the moment we arrived, everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful, treating us like family. The entire team worked diligently to ensure our experience was as comfortable as possible.

A special thank you goes to Pastor Nathan Tucker for his heartfelt and personable service. His words brought so much comfort during this difficult time.

I would also like to extend my appreciation to Anton Sheppard and Jeff Borden for their assistance in arranging the funeral and making sure every detail was beautiful. Their dedication and expertise were evident throughout the process.

I am also grateful to Kim Nichols for keeping us well-informed and on track. Her support and guidance were invaluable during this challenging period. Thank you for treating us with such dignity and respect and for grieving alongside us.

I cannot emphasize enough how fortunate we were to have chosen Moore Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens. The service provided for my husband was beyond our expectations, and we will forever cherish this experience in our memories.

We had a wonderful experience at Moore Funeral Home! We are Vietnamese Buddhist so we were a bit particular in the days, time, and how the ceremony should go and Johanna was extremely kind, understanding, and respectful the entire time. She was very transparent during our consultation and was with us every step of the way during a very hard time for us. We cannot express our gratitude in Johanna's careful and respectful handling of the funeral. She made things so much easier for us and truly lifted a very heavy burden on our shoulders. I cannot recommend this funeral home and Johanna enough.

My sisters and I have been trying to purchase a marker for my mother but couldn't decide. We went to meet with Lupe Martinez at Moore and he and Andrew Hinkle were amazing. Not only did they help educate us but actually took the time to design the marker themselves. Their patience, attention to detail and the welcoming to our family will never be forgotten. I would 100% recommend to all our family and friends!!

The past Friday, we buried my childhood friend. I called the funeral home & spoke w/ Andrew. I needed him to take care of my friend's Aunt & Mother as if they were his own. My friend's Mother lives in St Louis & was traveling to Arlington for the service. Andrew emailed her what was needed so when she arrived, she could grieve appropriately. Andrew made time in his schedule to help with my friend's Aunt. He set proper expectations of how the burial would go.

My friend's Mother & Aunt remarked to me how easy everything was; that it was immensely smooth.

Emanuel was our funeral director, and we couldn’t ask for a better director. He was on top of everything, we literally felt that he was actually part of our family as he helped us get thru the final part of saying our SEE YOU LATERS to my sister. The beauty my sister had as everybody came to pay their last respects was phenomenal. Thank you to Emanuel for this and to all the employees of Moore Funeral Home (this includes the ground keepers) for making this experience one we will never forget

Even in such a difficult time in my wife’s life and my own, I couldn’t have been more thankful of deciding to rest my child here at Moore Memorial Gardens, the staff was very helpful and supportive, they offered us a very beautiful plot for our daughter and another along side for us in the future. I cannot express how happy I am with the services they provided for our daughter and allowed us to add very meaningful details to the burial service. Susie and Andre helped us every step of the way in planning our beloved daughter’s funeral even though we didn’t have much they helped us setup a beautiful service that fits our budget. My wife and I are very grateful for the services Moore Funeral Home and Gardens provided for us.

Katrina Mayfield is awesome. She was so patient with us regarding our father's internment. He passed last year & we are finally @ the internment phase. Also, kudos to Karen & the gentleman, who helped us locate our good friend's grave, who passed in 2000. They were able to locate the marker.. Karen then gave us a more direct map. We DID find it. Thank you to everyone @Moore's. We will work with them in the future.

Oftentimes, the profound sorrow and weight of bereavement evade articulation. It was during such a time, at my Uncle Tuiolemu's memorial service, that Moore Funeral Home & Memorial Garden enveloped us in a tangible shroud of solace and understanding. Joshua Arrington, along with his dedicated team, were remarkably perceptive and swift in addressing the unique needs of our grieving family. Their warmth radiated, creating an environment of soothing comfort during our time of sorrow. We are deeply appreciative - Fa’afetai tele lava!

The hours of operation is great! When all the other places were closed, especially during labor day weekend. They were able to do my mother funeral. They took very good care of my family and friends during the service.

I do high recommend Lupe Martinez, he was informative in a lot of things. We didn't leave the place confused or questioning things. We left very please and satisfy.

Very appreciative of help from Andre and other staffers during difficult time. Moore staff was professional, kind and communicated extensively about details and kept us appraised of progress making a difficult time much easier.We were appreciative of Andre's presence at the burial of my mother's ashes and everything was perfect.I know my mother would have been pleased with how things came out and my family felt everything done by Moore Memorial Gardens was outstanding.Thank you so much.

Moore Funeral Home was so kind and understanding when our Mom passed. They listened and helped us plan the most beautiful service to honor her. We could not ask for any better service.

I went to put flowers on my parent's headstone and the vase was gone for the second time since October. I don't live in Arlington so I have to drive there each time I put flowers on the grave. I went inside and was told a request for a vase would be submitted which meant I would have to come back. Before I left a very nice man, Lupe Martinez, called me and brought me a vase. He was my hero! I was able to put the flowers on their grave. That's customer service!!!!❤❤

Thank you to the entire staff for making my moms service so special. Everyone we encountered was kind and cared about what we wanted at the service. A year ago I went with my mother to an appointment to pay for her future arrangements. Andrew was the one who helped my mom through this whole process and I want to thank him for that. My mother passed away 2 weeks ago and our director was Ms.Britney. Everything she discussed and what we requested she made it happen. So thank you all for allowing this process as smoothly as it can be.🩷

My husband Noel and I recently loss our son and we highly recommend Moore Funeral Home services. Miss Nakia Gatewood went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. She was very compassionate, caring, multitask, and professional in everything she does. We need more people like Miss Nakia in this world. She set up an escort at the last minute when the military representative was still trying to figure it out. In every last minute details she found a quick solution to resolve it. In summary the whole staff at Moore Funerals home did a superb performance. I give Moore Funeral Home an A+++++ and 10 stars.

Yesterday we buried my husband here at Moore Funeral Home. Emmanuel helped me and my family with the process and was very polite and went above and beyond to make sure this process went as smoothly as it could for me. I just want to say I contacted my Dignity Rep planning advisor back in June of 2022 whom name I should mention. I had some changes to my pre-plan prepaid in cash back in 2019 services my Rep stated by text message and gave her all the changes for our future services. Well she never made the changes and Ihave requested for the documentation of the changes. So I called the customer service 800 number and 12/04/23 made the address change for my husband and I. Then I called the local Moore's Funeral Home in Arlington Texas and explained the situation.
I spoke to Andrew Hinkle he pulled up both my accounts and updated the adress, the church information where our services were to be held and the address. He never once argued with me, he never made excuses for the not taking the action from back in June of 2023, he assured me not all the planning advisors handle business that way on behalf of Moore's he personally apologized and made all the corrections to our PAID in FULL pre planning package.
I gave my family all copies of the entire pre planned packed back in 2019 so they would hav no hardships or hae any issues they would know it was paid for, exactly who to contact Moore's Funeral Home with all the data in hand and copies of the cashed check. So if there’s changes to your pre planned services you have to notify your advisor so your wishes are honored and no one can change them. So I was trying to give my family updated copies of the changes because we changed churches were our services were to be held.
Andrew, took his time he heard the sobbing and disappoint my voice that this couldv'e affected my husbands and our final wishes i entrusted to the advisor to handle.
Iy you need help please ask for Andrew Hinkle he has passion vs sales rep earning a commission mentality. he consistently apologized n bealh of Moore's reputation.

Andrew thank you its people like you thtwe need more of in this worked at these times Im just glad I could still advocate for myself and my family having to prove or fight about it in a time of grief!!!!!
