I just wanted to give a very positive review to Tyler Auto Finance. These are the most amazing people and Brent and Gray are the best. I’m very very pleased with my purchase and their salesmanship and they have been amazing.

Their down payments were reasonable, and the selection of vehicles was pretty good as well. They have been very helpful and went out of their way to help out with a few situations when they did not have to . I’ve had a good experience with everyone from that office I’ve ever dealt with. Not the typical smaller car lot with the “we just want your money “ type of demeanor. They are just a good bunch of people. 5 stars for sure !

I’ve had nothing but good solid customer service from this business. The sales people are rock stars and the owner is amazing and will work with you any way he can. Especially if you make your payments on time or early and maintain your car insurance. I knew with my credit issues, I couldn’t get a new car financed but this place gave me a chance. I’ve had car issues a few times but they have worked with me each time. They paid to have my car towed to the shop and for the repairs and they let me pay the repairs a little at a time on top of my car payment. Mr Brent even picked me up today and drove me to work so I wouldn’t have to walk several miles. I encourage anyone to purchase a vehicle here if you have credit issues.

More Info; 8 months later my transmission goes out so I contact Mr Brent the owner. I can’t even remotely describe how astonished I am. He took my trade in as a wash and put me in a vehicle with 100k less miles. Moral of the story is be open and honest and make your payments on time and he will do what he can to help you.

I've been doing business with them for almost 3 years now and I haven't had a bad experience yet. Everyone is so friendly and nice. Rena has always been helpful. The owner was super and very pleasant when helping me trade in the first car I got from them to the car I have now. Like any dealership, you can't go in not knowing something about cars and what to look for. Just because it's pretty on the outside doesn't mean it's going to be any good. So far both cars that I've gotten have been in great shape.

I just purchased a car from there, the same day I got the car the AC went out, which it’s July in Texas, so y’all know what that means. I have a 6 month old so I was in a panic, I called and told them about what was going on, and they immediately with no hesitation sent me to get it FIXED with no hassle! I have had family members buy cars from them in the past and I’ve heard nothing but good reviews! Friendly staff and cares about there costumers. I would honestly recommend them to anyone!

I had a vehicle from here before. Never really had problems here. Brian was always there to help me when needed. He's never once turned me away when i had issues with the vehicle I drove. I will definitely get another vehicle here.

We financed our first vehicle with Tyler Auto In 2016, the vehicle had low mileage and ran well, two years later the car still runs great! We’ve had to put the car in the shop twice for usual maintenance and Louis always does a great job. The turn around was quicker than expected and more affordable than if we had taken it to an outside shop. When it came time to purchase our second vehicle we came here first! I purchased a 2011 Nissan Altima from them for 399.00 down, out the blue i had minor issues that stopped me from driving the car. I called them to see if my warranty was up, and it was. However, Brent fixed my car, AND gave me a car to drive over the weekend so i was not stranded..AND they fixed my car FREE OF CHARGE!!!!! This place is HIGHLY recommended!!!! You also cant beat the 399.00 down special they have. My previous car was hit buy a truck, and had no insurance so it left me with no car. I came here and they gave me a chance before you knew it i was approved, and rolling in my new ride. :) AND i got a new t-shirt lol

I've done business with Tyler Auto Finance for over 20 years. It's hard to imagine anybody in the car business who would work harder to find a way to put you in a car and finance it for you. If you need help affording a car you can't go wrong with these people and they're easy to deal with.
