I don't leave many reviews so the fact that I am means I was impressed. All I needed was a few links taken out of my new watch I got for Christmas. When I walked in I asked the lady up front what it would cost to get a few links taken out of my watch and she said $15 (very reasonable). As I was asking her this the worker that takes care of these request was already walking up to the front and said he could tell what I was there for and would take care of me. He was very polite and eager to take care of me. Took him maybe 5 minutes. And that was taking out a few links and trying it on and then adding in one. So very quick! So customer service was excellent not to mention the store was beautiful.

Metro did an excellent job of replacing the sapphine & repairing the setting of my engagement ring. They were diligent to find a bright blue & beautiful sapphire. Thanks for the work!

Really impressed with how they handled a stopped watch repair. . . . .by not replacing anything. Let me explain.

Solar watch was stopping almost every day. Took it in to get repaired. Watch was on the repair bench being checked within five minutes, and quickly determined the rechargeable battery appeared OK but was fully discharged. Told this "could" mean the capacitor was bad, but the watch was not old enough for that to be likely.

Rather than throw a part at the watch, they suggested I try a "wake up" procedure first; similar to what you might do if pulling a forgotten watch out of a drawer. (This involved pulling the winding stem all the way out, and leaving it under a light for 72 straight hours--sunlight as much of that as possible). Advised to try that first, and come back if it did not help work.

Was out the door in 10 minutes. Took their suggested fix, and it recharged and continues to work properly.

I had my watch band adjusted. My husband had a new battery put in his watch. I also inquired about some small jewelry repairs, and they said could do what I needed.

They customized my wedding ring as well as my husbands. They're always attentive and friendly. And they know their business!

Had them make a ring for a diamond I bought. They did a good job and were very friendly. Would recommend for any jewelry needs

Absolutely wonderful ladies working today. I needed a watch band put on a watch and MANY links removed for my elderly Mother.

Both ladies were extremely helpful and pleasant and Reuben had this done within an hour at a surprisingly low cost.

Now to save for some beautiful pieces I saw in the store for me.

I have had a ring repaired and needed it to be made wider on the bottom. It was my mother's ring, and she wore it all the time when I was a young girl. When it was ready for me to pick up......I was brought to happy tears because of how beautiful it was. I recommend Metro Custom Jewelers to everyone who wants anything fixed, sized or needs a battery for their watch. I just love this place and the people who work there.

This place is AMAZING!!! I came in to get my fiance's ring cleaned and the diamonds tightened, and while I was there, Ruben made me feel at home and very welcomed. I wanted to look for a wedding band and my wedding ring while I was there, and even though Ruben was busy, he took the time to show me around and discuss all of my options. Cassie's experience and expertise blew me through the roof with how quickly she found a wedding band that looked like it was made to be a part of my fiance's engagement ring. Not only are they experts in jewelry but they are experts at customer service and great pricing. This is my forever jeweler spot!! I recommend this 5/5 stars to everyone!!!!

I went to Metro Custom Jewelers because of a wonderful review that I read and they did not disappoint. My ring was broken real bad and they fixed it and made it look better than when I first got it!!! It is gorgeous!! I was expecting to pay a lot of money but they were so reasonable and I did not. I will be going back if needed and would recommend to anyone.

Great service. I had a very unique custom design for an engagement ring that was executed perfectly. Be sure you get involved in the design process, come back in at each stage (digital rendering and wax model) to give your feedback face-to-face if you want perfection. They can't read minds but they do listen attentively to what you say.

Ruben got both of my watches, and replaced the batteries and also cleaned them for me. While he was doing that I was helped by two ladies that were very attentive to me. I purchased a beautiful necklace for my wife. We are celebrating our 23rd Anniversary this Sunday May 31, I am a very pleased customer, and will shop there again. Wesley Phillips

I almost never give 5 star reviews. Metro Custom Jewelers definitely deserve it though. I've bought a ring for my mom, had a watch battery replaced and most recently took a watch to them for some work on the face of a watch I just purchased. They are always friendly and attentive to your needs. They are also very reasonable with their prices. I will definitely use this jeweler for all of my jewelry needs.

I’m a new customer and I’m incredibly happy I found this wonderful business! Liz greeted me when I came in and she was so attentive and friendly. Ruben not only fixed my broken necklace that I had brought in for repair, he reinforced the clasp as well as reinforcing the attached pendant. It was even better than new! Courtney was awesome!! My husband bought me a new ring and took it to MCJ to get it cleaned and sized told me he wanted me to visit the store with him, so I did. I asked about guards for my rings and I was shown what they had in store.

I ended up finding the perfect guard except it was in gold and my ring was white gold so. It was a Saturday and they are closed Sunday and Monday. Courtney told me that she will call your vendor Tuesday to see if they had the guard in stock. I got the call Tuesday, they had it and was shipping it to the store. Within a week I had my ring sized, with my guard, and all soldered together!

Its perfect. I can’t thank you guys enough everyone loves this ring.

I've been there numerous times for watch batteries and some repairs. The service has always been great. I took an 18 Kt gold ring that I bought in Athens in 1967 when I was 12 for resizing for my 20 year old daughter. We picked out an opal and had it mounted with some redesign . It turned out beautiful..I highly recommend Metro for all your jewelery needs...

Most important of all is the large assortment and variety of jewelry at FAIR prices. The goal of this place is to get you exactly what you want at a fair price along with customer service that is second to none! The owner is very skilled in his craft and extremely creative!
