Let's start with how amazing the Customer Service personal that I spoke with on the phone to book my appointment. She took the time to listen to my concern, understood that I needed someone this evening and was able to get someone out. Then the service personal they sent (after hours) was amazing, took his time to explain everything wrong with the Aqua booster/water heater. Then took his time to make the repair, to show us the repair was complered. Thank you Gio and Thank you to your coworker! *I didn't caught her name due I was so worried at the time of my call*

Great young man who serviced our water heater today. I talked with him over the phone and he explained all the options to me so I could make the most cost-effective decision now and in the future. Have already set up another plumbing upgrade with him and the company. Everything I have heard on the radio is factual regarding Benjamin Franklin plumbing and their work and most importantly their employees. The timeline from calling in the morning to the final work being done was a very good experience.

This was not the first time we call for Chris, he has done extensive work on our properties. We know that Chris is very knowledgeable and professional in his approach to plumbing. He is on time and keeps you informed as to what is happening . He knows the appropriate people and has a good working relationship with them this equates to a job well done and happy customers!!!

Jose was very professional and amiable. Worked out in the pouring rain for awhile; then inside. He also worked very hard getting our main problem solved at a price we could afford.

Andrew with Benjamin Franklin saved the day! He easily diagnosed and fixed a hot water flow issue I had throughout my house! The "other" plumbing company yesterday spent 6+hrs here and 1300.00 later could not find the problem! Should've called BFP first...I will next time!

It was an absolute pleasure getting to meet and work with Gio. He was very prompt, professional, friendly, and got right down to work. He explained everything he was doing and even suggested some enhancements to my system. I would be honored to have Gio return to my home for service anytime.

Nick is a very knowledgeable professional who got right to work after he arrived. He gave us plenty of time to explain the problem we were having with the dishwasher leaving water in the bottom. After looking at how the dishwasher's drain hose was routed to the disposal, Nick quickly dispelled what we thought the issue was. He spent plenty of time with us to make sure we understood his explanation and to verify his diagnosis. He even gave me a lesson on how to fix the problem myself. In a previous experience, Alie from Benjamin Franklin also gave us knowledgeable and patient service regarding what we thought might be a pipe leak under the foundation. He encouraged us to adjust our foundation watering schedule to see if we might be over-watering. After a week or so, the pooling around the foundation receded. Thanks for the great advice, Alie.

I had the pleasure of meeting Steven, who acknowledged my concerns and provided valuable insight into the issue and how to proceed. He is very professional, polite, and knowledgeable in his field and I would recommend him to anyone.

Randy did a great job. We had a plumbing emergency and he responded very quickly. He was very knowledgeable about how to fix it. We will definitely call again if we have plumbing needs in the future.

Had a leak under my kitchen sink one week before Thanksgiving. Yikes! Benjamin Franklin plumbing came out that day at the time they said they would. My technician, Jose J was wonderful and explained the work required and the cost. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the whole experience. And, my sink is now operational again in time to start prepping for Thanksgiving dinner.

Klee got the job done. The toilet is no longer leaking into the bowl. He was knowledgeable, professional, and explained the process. Klee arrived within the window of time I was given and completed the repair in a timely manner. Thanks!

Technician Joe Luna was experienced and he found the issue immediately and this company has very good service and they do work on weekends and they are on time.
