I went in today 8/17/22. I was told they are open Mon-Fri until 4pm after they took my clothes. I went there because online it says they are open until 6pm. I work until 5pm. When I said something about how online they are listed as open until 6 the person helping me seemed aware of it but didn’t care. I understand why they may not care but it annoyed me. I don’t know a lot about taking my clothes to cleaners so I asked a few questions. The answers were unpleasant. You don’t get starch on pants? Or a suit jacket? Ok. But you could be cool about it. I didn’t know so I asked. I assume my clothes will be fine. If they come out bad I will change my review but I have to hope they are good at what they do.

Shannon’s was very unprofessional and a waste of time when I dropped my stuff off she told me one price and when I went to pick she charged me a outrageous price! “Unprofessional”!!!
