Kathy and Sabrina are AMAZING human beings!! What a STELLAR Customer Service experience! Everyone should take lessons from the both of these ladies! Kathy went above and beyond what I ever could have ever expected in helping me get my anklet to fit just right for our trip to Jamaica! Thank you ladies! That had to seriously be one of the best customer service experiences in my lifetime.❤

Hayley and Kathy are absolutely amazing, I would leave ten stars for these two if I could. They are not after a sale, they genuinely want to help people in any way they can. My fiancé and I came in to drop off her ring to get resized and had to wait about 20 minutes to be helped as there were many people in the store and it was only them two running the ship. I say this not to complain but to let other customers know, they are worth the wait. After watching them run around juggling five tasks at once while maintaining a genuine conversation with the customers in front of them, it was our turn to be helped and without skipping a beat they were just as friendly and helpful. Hayley took wonderful care of us with all of the services we were looking to get done and Kathy made it a point to come congratulate us as she was the one to help me pick up the engagement ring over a month ago. I could go on and on about how great my experiences have been coming to their store and I am very excited for the next opportunity I have to come chat with these lovely human beings.

Hayley is sooo sweet. Thanks for helping my fiancé pick out such a beautiful engagement ring. We went in to double check the ring after getting it resized somewhere else, and she was so sweet and understanding. Also, she was great at helping us get an idea on the wedding bands we want! Can’t wait to come back!

If you haven’t shopped at this store, you’re missing out. It’s not the largest one I’ve ever been in, but the staff, especially Haley, make up for it. In the spirit of honesty, I was not an easy or pleasant customer today. Haley never lost her kind, professional way with me. (And would have been totally justified if she had!) The world needs more people like Haley. Zales is lucky to have her! I’d like to think I’m a slightly better person at the end of today because of her.

Today, my mother and I had a wonderful experience at the Zales store located at 8934 Broadway Ave.! The ladies that work there were so warm, friendly and very happy to help us. Haley, educated me on the different diamond options and I found a pair of flawless, excellent quality and absolutely beautiful diamond stud earrings! I was able to trade up my previous diamond earrings and got an amazing special they are running until the 17th! That was a very nice surprise! My mother also bought a beautiful sapphire bracelet that she says she will never take off. It was so nice to get excellent customer service and we felt like we made some new friends! Hard to find that now days!😁

Hayley was the very nice and helpful when purchasing my gold chain and sapphire ring. She deserves a raise. AWESOME customer service. It felt like we knew each other for years. I will be shopping more with you all because of Hayley. 🤗

Christina was amazing! She spent almost two hours with me and never got frustrated. I was being very picky about my engagement ring and was having trouble with my disability and I’m not traditional and didn’t want a traditional ring. I think she showed me over 20 rings before I finally picked one. There was a slight customer service issue with having my ring sized and she more than took care of it. If you want a jewelry store that will go above and beyond this is definitely the place for you! I would 10 out of 10 recommend Zales in the Cumberland Park shopping center and Christina!!!!!

The manager and her staff were both so remarkable in helping in listening to my criteria and hearing what I was saying. They showed infinite patience with me and at that time, they both knew I was 'just looking'. Just looking turned into a purchase that I love.

Very helpful! I needed a ring for my Fiancée had no clue about it. They took the time to show me all the different types of rings and where able to get me up to speed. I loved their customer service and I would recommend them to anyone looking for jewelry! I will shop here again.
