Big Lots

This is a great location. Good selection & customer service. Ran in tonight for a last minute Christmas table runner. Found exactly what I needed, with the assistance of a gentleman whom I assume was a manager. Might have ended up with a few other things, too. Bonus was they were on sale!

The Store Manager on Rufe Snow & Mid Cities, 76148 HIMSELF personally escorted me to the precise place in the store that I was needing to go, AND "He Even Gave Me Good Advice On My BEST Buy." HE Very Happily taught me how to be using "Big Lots" to save money. The cashier assisted me beyond the ordinary. Friendly staff. Got what I needed and was in and out within 5 minutes. That does not happen elsewhere.

I went in just to look at recliners. I was immediately asked if I needed any help by Brooke. After declining, she assisted additional customers with questions on beds and then came back to assist me. This location didn't have the particular recliner I was looking at so Brooke called the store in Keller to see if it was available there. While she was on hold, she gave me information about discounts and coupons available to me. She confirmed the recliner was available in Keller and had them put my name on it. Brooke even showed me how to access the discounts on the website. Although I purchased the recliner from a different location, Brooke showed tremendous enthusiasm and was extremely helpful with my purchase. I got exactly what I was looking for and saved $50.

Nice friendly helpful staff. I found good stuff. Nail polish and visor attachments for my car that help with day and night driving. The visor attachments worked great to help with clarity and to reduce eye stress drove ft worth to st Louis

Manager is totally awesome. Good service is so rare now. Love this store.

Lot of Big Lots I can find a lot of gluten free products because I'm not allowed to have since I've been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia wrong going fighting battle is the best they are friendly kind they help you so answer any questions you can think of if they don't know they surely will find out if they don't have a product they will find out if they can either get it or see if they have it they are the friendliest people that I know I go in there baby three times a month

They remodeled and the place looks great! Very clean and organized. Friendly cashiers too. Good prices on some items, others comparable to Target. Plenty of parking and no crowds. They now have some refrigerated and frozen food items.

Had a lovely experience today in furniture with Ms Brooke. She truly was a huge help and incredibly kind. You have a gem there! Thanks again Brooke!!

Good selection of furniture and easy finance options. No credit check and 0% interest for 90 days is a great way to payoff any large purchase. There were various couch set(s) on sale and seemed to be decent quality.

Absolutely love the store. Employees are always so sweet and nice. Brooke is an amazing young lady, and John as well is an amazing gentleman the whole staff is great.
