Had a great experience twice at this location. Bought shoes. Got home and decided that they were the wrong size. The person that helped me and I’m sorry I cannot remember her name was very friendly and hospitable. When I returned the shoes, Daniel helped me. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He said he did not have the size that I needed, but I told him that I had also worn the same version of the shoe in a men’s in the past. I went back to see if they had my size, and before I could barely get the box off the shelf, he was back there, asking me if I had found what I needed. The first shoe that I tried on did not fit correctly so he got the ladder and got me another pair from above in a little different version of the shoe. It fit perfectly. I really appreciate the help. You do not find great customer service at a lot of places these days and it’s nice when someone like Daniel and the other young lady that waited on me the first time I was at the store are so helpful. Thank you.

I bought several sizes of Skechers slip-ins online to try on since the web site noted that this style wasn't available in any of their physical stores. I had no problems returning the ones that didn't fit. The clerk was very pleasant, store was clean and neat and parking was ample. I did find that there was a lot of stock in their store so I will be going there when I want another pair.

Love this place and prices. I used to have a hard time finding my work shoes, but thanks to them, not anymore!

Super happy with this store in that place. I found it by coincidence and since I love this brand I decided to enter and I was surprised, they have a lot of variety. An organized store and the seller who helped me was very friendly and efficient. Also, I observed another employee who was also very friendly helping a couple. Thank you 👏🤗

MAURICIO is absolutely the best,I LOVE his personality. Always so helpful, I hadn't been there in awhile and when I walked in he remembered me and described in tee the last pair of shoes I had gotten from there,WOW what a memory This is the only Sketchers we go because of his service.

Very neat and nice store, employees didn't seem to bother you let you look around. Prices are a little high but isn't it everywhere the most comfortable shoes ever and my godson tried on some Arch supports shoes that helped his ankles and back. They do have some sketchy clothes sorry for the pun.
