I had a good experience with them. My shower water mixer was having issues after buying new construction with gehan homes. They came by 2 days later and fixed it within an hour. The plumber also adjusted my sink and bathtub faucet handle cause it didn't sit right. I appreciated him doing the extra work while he was here to make sure we were happy.

They always have to fix other plumbers mistakes. Great workers.

This company plumbed our new build and we had so many issues. They didn’t install a waterline fitting properly and the guest bathroom flooded after rough-in. We had to pay to repair and replace drywall and they weren’t sympathetic in the least. When they came back for top-out the plumbers refused to install several faucets because they “weren’t familiar with the brand”. They wouldn’t install the hot water heater because it was in the attic. They plumbed my freestanding tub wrong so we had to pay to remedy that mistake - I got multiple opinions from other plumbers on this and these guys should’ve known to plumb for a freestanding tub faucet. We’ve been in our home 2 weeks now and after using the primary bathtub for the first time it drained and flooded the first floor. So yeah. Maybe consider your options before calling here.

I'm ashamed to say I worked for this company for a short time there owner Alan is dishonest and the very deffinition of unprofessional there Master plumber Truman seems to be in his own world and out of touch with modern plumbing as a whole. They don't offer their employees any health benefits and there a small operation that doesn't even want to fullfill their warranty obligations to their customers. Their employees regularly use drugs before they rough in a new home or top out a new home this includes when they're installing gas lines in homes that families will later likely live in there's a get it done quick attitude with no respect for the trade The one positive thing I can say is the guys there do work really hard and I feel sorry for them the way Alan treats them when I worked with them it was like listening to people who are ignorant of the realities of the trades or the other good companies that are out there that them and their families could benefit from if this company did the plumbing in your new home watch out and if you ever have a problem take a second look and call lawyer

This company was used by our builder (Gehan Homes) when our home was built in 2016. I have called several times asking that a plumber come out to locate our water Pressure Release Valve (PRV) because our water pressure was identified as being too high. After several calls and finally speaking to the receptionist, it is crystal clear they are blowing me off and have no interest whatsoever to come out! Extremely Disappointing!

In my opinion I would call someone else. Have a friend in a new home and they have had their share of plumbing problems already. Did I mention this is a NEW house? Trinity did the plumbing. Why these builders would use a company with such negative reviews is beyond me.

My husband asked how much up front. He was told don't worry I'll take care of you. Yeah, he took care of him alright without the courtesy of some vaseline. Never again!
