Let me start off by saying, "Great customer service by manager. She was very helpful. This store had great quality shoes ,nicely stocked and great selection. I give it 5/5 star rating .

I love this shoe store! I find lots of trendy shoes that compliment all of my outfits! I’ve often asked “where’d you get those shoes?” My secret! All shoes are very affordable! I love to shop at Shu Deal!!!🤗

I love this store. I can ALWAYS find some boots, purses, or shoes , when the other stores are ALLLL OUT. Everybody else has SOLD OUT!, and the don't get that style back, so I go to the Arlington Stire because I know I'm gonna come home HAPPY!!!! The Manager Nadia is AWESOME, KIND & FRIENDLY, everytime I see her. The Store is 2 doors from Dollar Tree. My favorite Shu Deal!!!

I had an amazing experience at this shoe store! Sylvia, the clerk, was incredibly friendly and helped me find the perfect shoe for my outfit. Loved talking with her! Shoes are cute and cheap. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sylvia was great !! I was a customer walking around speaking my thoughts of the type of shoe I needed and Sylvia heard me and immediately gave me the exact shoe I was looking for saving my look for Beyoncé’s concert !! You’re awesome Sylvia!!

I had been chasing a certain pair of boots and called all the Shu Deal locations and every Rep was so helpful but specifically importantly Silvia at the Arlington location for assisting me to the fullest to make sure I received the boots I really wanted!!!!! I'm so happy with the customer I received.

Customer service- I’ve been to the store couple of times, the young lady Nadia always makes me feel welcome. Very attentive and knows where she has what, which I care to say is very helpful since I only have a short lunch break. I’ve gone in looking for just one pair but leave with a few for my self and a couple for my daughter. Store is clean.

Pleasant experience, if you’re looking for men shoes/slides it’s a better selection at the north Dallas location.

Although all the shoe sizes are out on the floor and there's not much for the workers to help with other than provide customer service. And that's what I received once at the register... Very Good Customer Service!!!

I usually go the the Shu Deal store in Dallas as I didn't know Arlington had one. They have very cute affordable shoes and I bought 3 pairs of really nice sandals. I'll definitely be back since this store is closer to me.
