Great variety of Mexican/Latin goods, the prices are a bit high over average but are expected due to imported tax or fees. The meat is always fresh and the pan dulce delicious.

This place has been there for me since I arrived. When I moving from hotel, and storage unit, now apartment.The people are one of many that I've learned Spanish. The product and seasoning are very tasty, excellent. Thanks guys even in Marshall off grand. My first street taco experience of cooking come from Grand and Verde was from co- workers. And I've learned even more Spanish dishes. Never been cheat out of food. May have been charged a extra penny due too being seen helping a friend. But not anymore.

Super Mercado Monterry is and amazing food market always authentic meat and amazing prices I moved from Illinois and I had a place like this I used to shop at. This place is much better the chorizo is amazing. The marinated pork steak is awesome and so is the marinated chicken. This is the only market I shop at when I want authentic Tacos etc always a five star review yummy 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🤩

Great prices. The marinated fajita meat is a popular item. I always get fresh tortillas and fresh chips here.

Great grocery store. All sorts of imported groceries. There’s a bakery and a meat market with many different preseasoned meats and select cuts of meats you can not find at other stores. Also inside this grocery store is a little restaurant with some very flavorful food and great service.

They have the best tortillas in town. They make them fresh in the store and you buy them still hot. Ugh I could eat the whole bag with nothing on them

I've been shopping here on occasion for at least 12 years now and I keep coming back. Yes, there are other choices for Mexican grocery stores in Tyler, but Super Mercado Monterrey is consistent. Good produce prices, a great selection of fresh meats, cheeses, prepared foods (like ceviche and many different salsas), and of course fresh tortillas (flour and corn). Unlike some other reviewers have alleged, I've never felt poorly served, and I'm as pasty white as you get, even if yo hablo un poco de español. I would love to have a store anywhere near as good as Super Mercado Monterrey in my current area.

I get ethnic veggies and groceries at this place at a reasonable price. Quality is good and there is a good variety. Best of all, I get freshly made tortillas here - they have a big machine on-site and the tortillas are warm and nice.

Good variety of fruits & veggies. Other stuff, too, but my hubby is usually for real food. Check out girls are mostly bi-lingual, all speak enough English to present no problems getting out efficiently.

They always have what I need

I live in Grand Saline, TX I drive 45 miles to Tyler, TX just to go buy Mexican products. Can you please consider building a store closer to us. I guarantee you, you won't regret it. There are several Hispanic all around the area.

Quick service great help picking out avocados

I always go here for my groceries, especially avacadoes. They are huge and fresh always. Their produce is better than any grocery store and a lot cheaper. Also, they have home-made tamales they sell by the dozen and if I don't have time to make my own, I always order from them. I have even ordered up to 10 dozen at Christmas time. It helps if you know Spanish, but the employees are all very polite. Great food...great hot tortillas always!

Great selection at the deli, all kinds of cold cuts and meats. The marinade meats are a must try over the grill. Will always go here for food.
