Red Wing - Arlington, TX

I always come to this location and buy my safety work boots. Never have I been there and experienced anything less then exceptional service. The staff is always great and super helpful. The selection of boots to shoes is very diverse and ranges in a variety of safety options on the styles. I would definitely recommend them. Not to mention the boots are very durable of course some trades might wear heavily on there boots but these will definitely go the distance.

Had to come in to return a pair of shoes for warranty. The tongue of the left shoe was not made correctly and was causing the top of my foot pain. The more I wore them the more it hurt. The salesman helped to exchange and purchase a different pair of shoes. Very satisfied with this pair. I have wore them every day, all day without any problems. I always have loved Red Wing shoes. I think this is my 6th pair of Red Wings.

I've been buying footwear for over 10 years at RedWing and yet, I only own 2 pairs of boots. If that is not a testament to the durability of their products, I don't know what is. Many of the shoes that they sell are re-soleable. Both of my pairs of boots are currently on their 2nd set of soles. The upper leather is in great condition and they will probably go in for a third and possible 4th round of soles. Not all their boots are made in America but most of them are; be sure to ask.

I came into the store and just one other person was already being helped. The 2nd Red Wing associate attended to me very quickly and took care of my new boot needs. In and out in under 15 minutes! Upon leaving, three other customers had entered.

Most comfortable pair of boots I've ever owned. I think what discourages most people is not following through with the break in process when purchasing new shoes. Will definitely return to get another pair for work!

Besides being the best, in my opinion, work boots their new insoles they have that they match to your stance via an electrical foot scanner are phenomenal and worth the price which is around $50 per set but they make work much more bearable.

Clerk was extremely helpful. Measured my foot to ensure the boot i was interested in fit me. Heading there again. These boots are amazing

My son told me to go here to get some work boots. And it was the best $260.00 , I have ever paid for work boots. They measure my feet, bought me, all different styles, in my size. They feel great.

I got boots from a bootstrap, I believe his name is Andy. I commend this handsome man for his integrity and ability to cultivate the minds of hard workers-men and women- in all lines of work. Understanding all of his customer's feet are unique, as well as considering their work conditions and requirements, Andy identifies what type of boot would accommodate his or her feet best. That knowledge and passion is fundamental when selling a work boot and it makes all the difference in whether or not a person quits his or her job. I think I'm in love with him. Update: we have separated permanently. No love .(Update:we are back together and I finally moved in with him!)(Update After a year and a few days of living with him we have both found reasons to seperate, unfortunately. I live at home with mama now :( and also Andy quit a few months ago.)(Update:still at home but I am continuing to see him)

Highly recommended if you’re in need of top quality industrial footwear. The salesman was knowledgeable, attentive and courteous. The premium quality and comfort of the boots are well worth the premium price. The last pair of Red Wings that I purchased in Red Wing, Minnesota lasted more than 20 years!

In and out in 5 to 10 minutes max. They always have the pair I want and in my size. Takes longer to drive there. Unlike going with my wife to buy a pair of shoes... minimum of 6 hours and 4 stores. Usually revisiting at least 2 of those stores twice

I was having some serious issue with my feet. I'm 53 years old and I've never spent a serious amount of money on shoes. Several people told me about Red Wing oh, so I invested my time and money. I did pay a lot more than what I would have paid normally, but my feet are not sore. Great investment

Ordered a work boot via phone because my local redwing did not have the one I want , order went smoothly and received my boots within same week when I place order, person that help me was Bradley.

I was surprised to find steel toe shoes in my size. I have very small feet.
The sales rep. was very nice.
