Hi I would like for the management Team to know that I was generously helped by a young man named Rene Rodriguez at Homedepot by my house. We spent $700 of material that he him self helped load when the store had no lumper,drywall associates to help he came from another department to help me out. I am extremely grateful being a woman I couldn't have done this my self!! Please hire responsible people to help us in that area. Rene was very respectful and hard working. I want to say thank you to him and the cashier whom helped me order everything and pay so easily, she was a Hispanic girl my receipt says SHALMAI but I'm not sure if that's her name. Any way thank you for all your great help!!

Jason (elder) in paint is so much help for me and my ole man, he is very knowledgeable and gives all kinds of tips. He is so sweet! He points us in the right direction for all our needs while doing these house projects we contract out to do around the neighborhood. This place has been like our 2nd home this past yr between our new house, my mother in laws, neighbors we contract out to do house projects for. Give Mr Jason (elder- in paint the one with glasses and beard) a raise!!!!!!

when I first got there I saw the multi pack of hinges were on top Shelve needed a ladder to get to, waited for 10 minutes for associate Looking around, then asked another person working there if they could call the person that works in that department so he paged him nobody showed up for 20 minutes, went back to the same person asked him to call him again waiting another 20 minutes then I asked this fantastic lady that was working on the next isle Tools to get box down, while she was helping me on the Ladder handing me the hinges, He Shows up talked to Somebody for five minutes I also needed doorstop multipack, when I noticed it too was above, She was back at work on other isle and he is walking away 1/2 down the isle I said, excuse me ignoring me was almost to the end of the aisle and I said louder excuse me sir I really need your help ,he spat back I'm busy! turned to the left leaving The isle, rapidly I made it to the very end where he was already 4 isles down, with my outside voice I yelled where are you going I need your help he yelled back Im going to the bathroom, Im not in a good Place Grrr , another Lady Bree She asked if she could help, I Explained this story asked if I could speak to a manager she calm me down with her Kind demeanor and then paged Him ,approximately 5 minutes she checked on me to see if he showed up,I said no then she's physically walked all the way down to the end where phone sales are came back to me and told me he will be here shortly ,I'm a builder I have a crew waiting for me and this beautiful lady went above and beyond when this clown that works in the hinge department wasted an hour of my time never showing up and when he finally did he was rude and in a big hurry to get the heck out of there to the toilet go figure, she was an angel in my time of need the manager Andy not soon after heard me out and got my door stops really quick another fantastic Person even though there might be a bad bad apple at this Home Depot It does hire some great people as well would definitely recommend... -Beware of the door hinge hardware Dept Bad Apple.

I work part time at this store. The people are great the customers are great. This is a nice location to shop at.

My toy store, for a guy that likes to do things around the house, my wife is always keeping me out of there so I don’t spend too much money

We drove from Fort Worth looking for some clearance fans which the store in Fort worth did not have but showed this store had 7. Larry the salesman was very helpful and friendly the fans were not located were they were listed but he searched high and low, until he found them. They were up in overstock but he took the time to find them. Great customer service which is so hard to find these days

Very friendly staff. I didn't know anything about items I visited for buying related to my washing machine but staff helped a lot for choosing the desired correct item. Thank You

Stopped in to have a key made. Asked the first employee I came across & asked where I can have one made. Daniel, instead of just pointing & sending me on my way, actually offered to walk me to the key machine & made the key for me. His customer service & pleasant attitude was greatly appreciated. If I need to go to Home Depot for anything else, I will use this location.

Nate was awesome! We were looking for an Oster mop with the extra bucket. There were none on the shelf and luckily Nate was there! Without any hesitation he offered to bring some down from a bulk pallet. Thanks Nate! You rock!

You know it’s Home Depot. King of Home Improvement Stores. Customer service has improved greatly over the last decade. Still not great but 5 stars for the company itself and the effort.

This location of Home Depot is great.
It's not the closest one to me, but I go there because it is well shocked and there are plenty of people to help.

Mr. O. and Mr. Omen helped me so much. Mr. O helped me cut some pieces of wood that I requested and Mr. Omen helped load my vehicle with bricks and soil. Both men are a real asset to your company. God bless you and them!

This is my favorite Home Depot. Meme is by far the nicest employee with always a smile on her face no matter if she just got screamed at lol. Highly recommend if you’re in the Grand Prairie area 👍🏼

After 4 months of waiting for my refund on labor that a contractor that Home Depot referred me to, whereby I was charged an extra $475, I finally got my cq. I had to buy the wallpaper at Amazon since Home Depot doesn't carry the Lemurs anymore.

Long time customer. Home Depot gets a lot of my money.
