When I went through tax pros this year I had an amazing woman named Crystal E. And she did my taxes with absolutely no hassle and was very extensive and polite and answered all my questions anytime I had to give her a call or text. I had no issues at all with her like I did with the other income tax places. Through all the years I’ve been filing this was the best service I could imagine and she made it very quick and effective for me without any problems at all. I will no longer go to any other tax person again 😊

She available at the office and even does virtual appointment if you can't make it in. She's very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have about your return. Not sure what you can claim on your taxes dependents, side job, help with 1099, anything you can think of she'll answer it.
