I went in looking for new appliances. There was a gentleman name Vincent that help me. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Found me a great washer and dryer set for a really great deal. Will definitely be going back for couches with him. Thank you!!!

My mom Catherine DeLay and I Anita went to go get a new dryer and the minute we walked through the door Christopher was very welcoming and helpful with assisting us. The process went smooth and easy in and out in less than hour and loaded dryer into suv for us, thank you! He also very kindly complemented me on my hair cut a fowhawk and informed me he is mobile barber and would hook me up anytime. All around Grand Prairie location all staff was extremely nice and helpful!!

Chrisopher Dorsey was great. very cool and works with you and makes sure you get exactly what you need. very honest down to earth. I highly recommend.

They were suupppppeerrr helpful and OMG Richard went above and beyond to help me and saved me a lot of money by showing me the things I needed that happened to also be on clearance… Meshia is a huge personality you can’t help but to love. I know I will be back to this location when it’s time for me to finish completing my home.

Richard and Christopher are the best. I was in and out without issue. So courteous and helpful. I highly recommend buying here. Great customer service.

So much furniture and appliances on sale here, lots of it quite tacky, but there is always a bargain to find in here. Especially if you don’t mind some scratches on your new fridge, dishwasher or washing machine, you can walk out with a brand new appliance, at half the regular price because of couple of “love marks”. The staff is nice and knowledgeable, but make sure you know what you want, because on some items the sales are final and returning others could be quite a challenge if you’re trying another American Freight branch.
