Even though I had to cancel my purchase I still wanted to leave a good review for how responsive the owner was. Bob picked up all my calls and answered all my questions. All the issues were resolved in a timely manner, he was super polite and helpful.

I wouldn't deal with Patrick though (distributor). Even when I told him I'm cancelling my order he kept calling and messaging me, tried to use sales techniques on me to the point of harassment, showing no respect to my decision.

This company is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. My wife and I, bought a $4,000 Rainbow vacuum cleaner with the plan of doing the program to get the rainbow paid back (do 12 demos with family/friends, sell 2 machines on said demos, and get your rainbow $4,000 back). Wayne Mergott was so hard to deal with, constantly lied, manipulated and embarrassed us in front of our friends and family. We ended up dropping out of the program and paying for the machine. The product is great, but the company structure and people involved are JOKES! They want to bleed you for all your worth and then dump you like you’re worthless. All they care about is lining their pockets and then you see their true colors. I can’t say enough about how awful they are.

It’s sad that such a good product comes with so much baggage.

Wish I had seen Natasha’s review in time. Worked with Patrick who did well not to mention the caveats around the program. Unfortunately did have a good experience with Bob.

Scam alert ‼ beware of this organization

One of Bob Akers Distributors canceled my 12/6/2 contract and he will not return text messages, answer his phone, and you can't leave a voicemail as his mailbox is full.

Hardly answer phone calls and hasnt called back yet.
