Simple Movers

Simple Moving Labor charged my credit card $200 for services not rendered. They sent "unvetted" two crew members, one who had a picture of his ID in his phone expecting to get on base to load a moving truck at US Army post; they were denied gate access pass. I notified the head office immediately that services were never rendered, but they still charged my credit card $200. The merchant claims contact information to be "Simple Movers, Bedford, TX 76022 US: But the website indicates otherwise.

Please, if you are a military service member or any other individual, stay away from this business. They conduct business with revoked licenses. Visit TxDMV.gov, Motor carriers, complaints against motor carrier, check Company Name, type Simple Movers and search. There are three businesses with revoked licenses, but Rod Dias still conducts business using a different address.
