Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I believe the lady who helped me was Erica? She was extremely helpful to make sure I got the rental I needed. All the sedans they had were either dirty or smelled like smoke so she offered me a complimentary upgrade to a small SUV. Really appreciate her help and great customer service!

I needed a quick day rental and when the location closes to me called and said that no cars where available, I made a reservation at 7035 Blvd 26. Quez was the person who assisted me at check-out and check-in. Id drive a little further to receive customer service like he provided.

I went in today to pick up a rental. This location is amazing! Quez did an awesome and amazing job answering all of our questions. He has great customer service. He is very polite and knowledgeable. He was courteous enough to offer our son something to drink and snack on. Thank you all so much for getting us in and out. We will definitely be back.

This has been my mid-cities rental car facility for 5 years now. The crew here has always been unmatched to any Enterprise rent-a-car I have dealt with in the past

North Richland Hills Branch is great. They were very thorough in preparing a vehicle for me. I have leased several this year for long trips. I would recommend this branch with Erica as the manager. They listen to your traveling needs instead of throwing a vehicle at you. I called before pick-up date to request any special needs. They akso picked me up to get the vehicle. Their service and courtesy is refreshing!

Our experience wasn't perfect but the way the staff handled everything was amazing. We initially requested a van but they were out so ended up getting a SUV. After inspecting the vehicle and signing when we got in we noticed a big issue with the seat belt. We went back in and we're advised they had another SUV but it needed and oil change or 2 vans just came back but they needed to clean them up. We decided to wait on a van. One of the vans had water in it so we ended up in the other that has one non working passenger door. It's a bit of an inconvenience but the gentlemen worked so hard cleaning it quickly for us and the staff was really trying to get us situated. They did everything in their control to make things work for us and I appreciate that.

Danae and Erica I believe were the ones that attended to me. They were very professional and humane at the same time. They made the rental experience easy and fun while being very detailed and efficient.
The vehicle was clean. The whole experience from pickup to return was excellent

The people & customers service up there was very nice, cool every since I rental a car there especially Erica she was sweet, nice, kind & Taligent making sure everything was oki when I drove off or re’Rent the car back for any safety. but it’s funny when I brought the car back today & my keys fail in the center consul in the emergency brake handle and another sweet kind person Danae other hand she assist help me get my keys out and we did it together took us like atleast 5 seconds lol* I would like to rent a car again there someday!! After I called 10 other enterprise locations all gave me the run around. This branch located nort richland hills was AMAZING 👏 RECOMMEND 100% the staff here was very helpful 👌 in every way. 😀 very professional and great communication skills, they promised me a certain vehicle and got me the vehicle I asked for all other enterprise locations kept saying we can get you something similar I asked for a Mini Van and got it am very pleased,Definitely go here to This location is perfect easy peezy. I want to say that I have used Enterprise Rental in my lifetime but I’ve never had as pleasant an experience as I had with the Enterprise Staff at 7035 North Richland Hills, Tx. I spoke to Kyle Evans first by phone to ensure we had a vehicle and he was so very very nice! The process was quick and easy and so efficient. Then we met Austin who took us out to look over this amazing pickup for my husband to drive. He explained how the return worked and he was so nice. He also told us about Enterprise Auto Sales which we were very interested in to replace our truck that was totaled. This was a wonderful experience! Thank you Kyle for your kindness! Oh and Kyle called to tell me the truck was returned he didn’t have to do that! Customer Service was above and beyond!!

I personally dealt with Kyle and Austin - both very professional, and friendly. Kyle made sure I was taken care of exactly after my wreck took place and set up my reservation effortlessly. I did not wait even 5 minutes - they are very time efficient! I will only work with this branch now on. Thank you so much to Kyle & Austin! If they leave, I might just go to Hertz. Having people like them working for your business is vital!! If I could leave 10 stars I would.. and I’ve also had bad experiences before with enterprise but all of that flew away dealing with these gentleman!

Always get my vans and trucks here for work and the guys are phenomenal and so personable. I’m a florist and they always ask how business is going. Just seriously A+.

Great customer service and very quick and easy to rent a car and return. I had no issues from start to finish. And while price shopping, they were the best price for my large SUV needs. My SUV had the latest high-tech, better than my own car, and was clean inside and out, also better than my own car, ha.
I paid for my own gas, and was surprised the SUV I rented was not a gas guzzler. I have gone to other places and had gas guzzlers, dirty cars, pushy staff, and poor customer service. I will definitely use this location again, as their staff was not pushy on adding any extras I declined (like Sirius XM), explained the insurance (I did add as it was surprisingly low cost, I was traveling out of town, and had things covered that my own insurance did not cover), and rental agreement thoroughly and simply. I was in and out and on my way much faster than I had anticipated.

My original rental was a mini van. So clean! Then I injured my knee over the weekend. Kyle has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to swap the rental to help get me in a car that I can more easily get in and out of. This location is the absolute BEST!! ALL the guys have been just an absolute dream to interact with!

I was given a terrible rental initially (bad smelling Dodge Grand Caravan) while my car was in the shop due to a minor fender bender. However, the manager Preston Roberts was very helpful and eager to provide excellent customer service. I was upgraded to a Nissan Armada that did not stink.

Had to check on a rental. Staff was amazingly friendly.
