My babies started swimming with Kona, Keelin and Maren when they were 4mo and 6mo old. Now at a young age, they can enjoy any swimming pool without floaties!! 🏊‍♀🏊‍♂

Flipkick swim academy is awesome! Keelin & Maren are incredible instructors!!! I think all parents can relate about that fear of their child drowning but these instructors are confident, knowledgeable, patient, and loving (and you can tell they truly enjoy what they do). Ashley was also great when it came to all of our scheduling needs. Thank you all for being so sweet to my little snookums!

My two year old has been self sufficient in the water for over a year. Since drowning is one of the top causes of death for children ages 1-4, and being in North Texas… water safety was very important to our family.

Flip kick swim is the best decision we have made for our daughter! Kona, Edgar and the team truly care about ever child they teach. My daughter started at 18 months, and is now 2 1/2. She absolutely loves every minute she gets to swim at her lessons. I can see her skills improve every week, and it is amazing how confident she is. She has used her skills for fun and protection. She slipped into a pool by walking too close to the edge. We were there to pull her out, but she knew what to do. She found her float right away! It was beyond me. Flip kick swim is an amazing family to choose be apart of.

Our daughter loves swimming with Keelin at Flipkick! At 1 1/2 years old, she can float and swim across the width of our pool. She loves to practice swimming and we have peace of mind that if she falls in a pool she can swim to the steps and float to save herself. We highly recommend Flipkick and plan to return with our 6 week old when she's old enough!

Flipkick Swim Academy is wonderful! My daughter began her lessons at 6 months old, she is 4 years old now and she is a little fish! It is amazing what a good little swimmer she has become. The survival skills she has learned at Flipkick are so valuable and I truly feel that I have given her a gift. She is confident in the water and knows what to do if she ever fell into a pool. It is going to be a great summer thanks to Kona and her team!

Flipkick Swim Academy is the best thing we have done for our daughter. She started at 9 months and is an excellent swimmer and floater at almost a year old. She now doesn’t want to leave lessons and when we take her to the pool we don’t have anxiety anymore. The instructors are great and take the time to personalize lessons based on your child’s needs.

I love Flipkick Swim Academy. Kona taught my oldest to swim when he was 18 months old and now my baby, almost 1 year, is taking lessons and about to graduate. Kona and the team are great! It's a great relief to know the kids are safe in and around water.

My 2 year old has been in lessons with Flipkick since he was 6 months old. This was very important to us that he begin so young since we have a pool and obviously for safety reasons. He absolutely loves it and is very comfortable in the water! He started out with the turn and float up technique. This works!! Now that he's a toddler he is learning the swim techniques. He has never used floaties. We highly recommend Flipkick.

So appreciative to Kona and her wonderful group of trained and qualified staff. My child has been swimming for about a year and her progress is astounding!!!
At first, she cried and she cried a lot. It was hard to watch but Kona, the owner, met me where I was and assured me that the emotional, financial and physical investment would be worth it. She was correct. My daughter is only three years old and she can float, swim laps and jump into the pool without fear! She swims very fast!!! She also gets along well with all of the staff although currently, Roberto is her favorite. Lol!

I cannot express how important it was for my 1 year to learn survival swimming. Flipkick has surpassed my expectations in teaching my son how to survive in the water. In the first week, he was able to float. It's amazing to see how much he has progressed in a short period of time. Kona has been an amazing teacher and is very knowledgable in teaching these life saving skills. I would highly recommend Flipkick to those searching for survival lessons.

Our experience at Flipkick swim academy has been outstanding. Our toddler started when she was 18 months old, she is now two and can swim by herself. Prior to enrolling in Flipcick, we had my daughter at another place for swim lessons. There is no comparison. Instead of singing nursery rhymes and playing, these lessons teach survival. Drowning is the number one killer of kids under the age of four. After her time at Flipkick with Kona, I can say without hesitation that my daughter will not become part of that statistic. Worth every penny!!

This has been such a growing positive experience for both child and parents! This was our ONLY activity to do as an infant during the dang pandemic. I am so thankful we stuck with it. Husband and I have always trusted the instructors , it just can be a bit nerve racking when your child screams and hollers SO much. For months. My advice is to trust the system and not focus on that (which is SO hard) at times as I wanted to run away. My son can be a drama queen we have learned haha. Look forward to the one day when they magically stop crying and LOVE swim lessons. It's the best when you see your child enjoying an activity, growing, and loving the instructors. We have had miss Keelin and Miss Emma. Both are great, nurturing and so much patience lies within these ladies. We are so appreciative of them teaching our son a skill that could possibly save his life and buy him time if he ever qere to fall in heaven fobid. Thank you flipkick for helping my child's confidence grow before my own eyes.

Kona, the owner, is wonderful!! My older son has been going to Flipkicks since he was 18months. He learned how to float, flip, and swim. Kona has given our son the gift of survival swim and we love that he loves swimming. Now he is 3 and preparing to learn strokes. Also our 9 month old son his following his older brother's foot steps and we are pleased to have Flipkicks teach him how to swim. Our family highly recommends Flipkicks and Kona.

Flipkick has been better for our family than we could have ever imagined. Our daughter has learned not only survival swimming but has learned to respect the water. She loves to swim but understands if she gets in it, she's got to do the work. Starting her at 6 months was scary for us as first time parents but looking back has been one of the best decisions we've made as parents. We have made a friend in Kona. She is so passionate for these kids and it shows daily. We are grateful to be a part of this flipkick family.

We want to express our appreciation for 'a job well done'. Maddie has progressed at an amazing pace since we began swimming lessons a few years ago. Her form and strokes have improved dramatically since she first started. Our thanks for your patience, words of encouragement and willingness to work with her. We felt this was something they could use throughout their life and appreciate the extra effort you put forth in teaching her! It was a bitter sweet day for Maddie when left to join a summer swim team. We are forever grateful to Keelin who has worked with Maddie these past few years. If it weren’t for her she wouldn’t have competed in her first swim meet at age 7, last week!

We have been taking our daughter to Flipkicks since she was 6 months old. My husband and I felt it was a life skill she needed. We are about to finish our 2nd year of lessons and we cannot be more than ecstatic with the skills and confedince our toddler. Family and friends are blown away with what she can do in the water. She LOVES her lessons. We started this so she would have the skill needed if she were to fall in the water. Now it’s not only a survival skill for now, but one she will have with her the rest of her life. Kona and her staff are wonderful. Very friendly and great with the kiddos of all ages. I recommend them to everyone. We now have a second on the way and this baby will join big sister in lessons as soon as they can.

We had made several attempts to get our 4-5 year old to learn swimming. It was only Kona at Flipkick who actually could. She and her team knew the exact and correct techniques. In a total of 6 months he went from not being able to swim at all to swimming freestyle & back stroke comfortably across 25+ft length and 12 feet depth. They are very professional yet very flexible and committed. Highly highly recommended.

Kona has done a great job with our daughter. I would definitely recommend Flipkick to any parent out there that wants their child to learn how to first survive if they fall into any water unattended and also teaching them to swim as they get older. Emma Kona and Keelin, amazing instructor my daughter loves all of them she started at 9 months and at 11 months almost graduating her first level. And I myself am learning as an adult and Keelin is beyond patient and understanding and fun! Shes becomes more than an instructor in my eyes! They rock best choice ever and my daughter won’t stop going to them.
