Dominic and his boss are so amazing and good at what they do. Walk in to get a home internet surprised I was the first customer at there location to get a T-Mobile home internet. It was so quick and fast didn't take that long to get everything done. Appreciate you guys working on Labor day. THANK YOU

I was so upset about my phone.. the girls Monique and Michelle both helped me out today!!. I not only got a good deal but great customer service!!. Monique hooked me up with the cutest phone and case for it as well!.. and Michelle was super easy going and they both let me vent. I was literally going to go to another carrier but these ladies had such great attitudes and really seemed to sympathize with me as a customer, knowing I put my hard earned money into their company. They reminded me of why I love Metro!. Thank you so much ladies!!. I will definitely be back!!

I came in about a month ago trying to buy a S9, Kellie and her staff went above and beyond to not only locate a phone for me but gave me a great deal as well.

The rose park location is always busy but Kellie and her staff always welcome you with a smile and great customer service, you get the feeling that you are not a customer but family as well as they offer cookies and water bottles to the waiting customer's.

It's always a pleasant experience the times I've been into the store whether it's for paying a bill or I just have questions about my account.

They helped my Pops out when he was having problems with his account and he was happy at the end.

I left Verizon a few months ago and I am not planning on going back. METRO has better service and I have been helped every time I go to this store. They always treat me well and always have good prices. I will be going back for my upgrade.

I ended up not buying just for price, but these guys are great! Years back I was a customer and had an OK experience at a different location but these guys were knowledgeable and fantastic! Really friendly!
