Avis Car Rental

Staff was extremely helpful in finding a way to not go over my credit card limit, and was able to get me into my rental van for the holidays! I was already stressed about it, (mainly because the website hides info, until you go to pick up) but I think they could tell, and definitely went above and beyond on their customer service, remaining courteous and professional. They deserve a raise!

I picked up our rental at the Hulen location. They did not have the model we reserved. The reservation center recommended I come to the Bryant Irvine location. They were very accommodating on Spring break weekend. They were able to exchange the vehicle to what we reserved without any problem.

I had such an amazing experience. Eric was the best. He was super nice and was able to answer any and all of my questions. I will definitely rent here again. ERIC YOU ROCK!!!

I had a last minute work trip so I was scrambling to find a rental, when many places were either closed or out of vehicles. Stopped here and Kayla was working very feverishly to help numerous customers in person and on the phone. It seemed apparent to me that demand for rentals that weekend was particularly high and she was helping as best she could. Not only did she remain calm under pressure, but she was professional and friendly throughout the process. She seems to be a star player and very likely deserves a big raise. Because of her work ethic, this was a very positive experience.

I won’t rent from anywhere else. My rental experience with budget has been nothing Short of amazing the staff is immaculate.

Denisha @ the Bryant Irvin office in Fort Worth is a top notch agent. She helped us with rentals for two long trips this summer. She made sure we were completely satisfied after the Sirius we ordered wasn't available on both vehicles. Her friendliness and professionalism made it a pleasure. We had a much better experience here than at the Enterprise office closer to our home. We will definitely go back to this office to rent a vehicle for our next trip.

Have patience but this office of Avis/Budget was dealing with all systems down and was still able to facilitate my moving truck needs. The employees were kind and courteous and did their best to make the situation a lot less chaotic. Be sure to reserve well in advance or call for availability if making a last minute reservation.

After a horrible experience at the Henderson St. location, which couldn’t fulfill the reservation we had, we drove to this location hoping we could get a car. We had a week full of family emergencies and these were the nicest people we dealt with the whole time. Honestly the people working 6/22 have no idea how them being kind helped save our day. They had the SUV I needed and were able to extend the rental when my personal car wasn’t ready on time. Dropping off was very easy and we will only be using this location in the future!

I recently rented a car from AVIS at the Bryant Irvin St. location in Fort Worth, TX, and I must say that this was one of the best AVIS experiences I have ever had. I want to start by giving a special shoutout to three exceptional individuals who went above and beyond to ensure that my rental experience was nothing short of amazing.

Firstly, Kandice deserves recognition for being an extremely patient, kind, professional, and courteous lady who made sure I was taken care of. Her exceptional customer service skills are second to none, and I am confident that she is manager material. AVIS would be lucky to have her in a management role, as she is that good. Kandice, if you are reading this, you are an absolute superstar and I appreciate all of your help, and patience, as I picked out the perfect vehicle for our rental.

Secondly, Keith, who cleaned the car for me twice, deserves a round of applause. He did his job not once but twice, without throwing a fit or any kind of attitude. He was professional and kind while doing it, and his attention to detail was impressive.

Thirdly, Denisha made sure to call me the day before and had everything squared away before I even got to the Avis location. She recognized my status and made sure to provide appropriate treatment, which went above and beyond for an Avis rental. She even had a nice car set aside for me. Her exceptional customer service skills are a testament to how much she values the AVIS brand and its customers.

Overall, my experience at the AVIS Bryant Irvin St. location was top-notch, and I highly recommend this rental location to anyone who needs a reliable car rental service. I can confidently say that Kandice, Keith, and Denesha are some of the very best that AVIS has to offer, and they deserve recognition for their outstanding service. Keep up the good work, AVIS, and thank you for making my rental experience one to remember!
