Staff always gets back to you as quickly as possible, and is always very kind. The secretary, Ms. Cathy Bourg, is especially helpful and has assisted me through multiple issues and questions I have had. Since the office isn't too big, either, it is very easy to find who you need. My mother recently acquired a permit within two days of her request, and the entire process was made to be very easy. With everyone I have encountered here, I have never met any trouble.

Trying to do business in this city! None of my calls were returned to the Permit department. Only person availble was the Temp answering the phone who directed me to the website.
