I had the best experience at American Laser med spa! From the beginning to the end and from making appointments for my convenience, there was not one complaint. Alyssa was there throughout the whole experience and she was so sweet! She always made sure I was comfortable and always asked me if the levels were okay. She was super fun and always so accommodating and when she would explain things she made me feel more confident and less nervous. I highly recommend American Laser med spa thanks to Alyssa!

Good experiences all around. I had hair removal with Kate and facials with Miranda. Both of them are completely professional, friendly, and informative. It kept me coming back for more services. I've never not felt taken care of. They try to remain very flexible and never cut off or rush through the time needed for my services. The new location has improved. They always keep it clean and comfortable. I keep my eyes peeled for discounts and specials, because although it runs out of my price range, you can catch a good deal every once in awhile. If not, I look forward to my birthday facial each year. A free facial during a scheduled time during your birth month. Definitely check that out. It's the perfect gateway to learn more about their other services and see exactly how awesome these ladies are.

Great staff .Great services. Completed hair removal for one service today, still have another area, never burned (didn't suntan or be in sin before treatment). Staff is wonderful. Worked with Katie, she's a sweetheart. And the reason I love this location. Highly recommend and people please do not listen to other reviews (burns, don't work, etc). Because I never had a issue and never burned as long as you follow their recommendations.

This was the greatest experience they get to the areas you need and are so easy going and make you feel comfortable! The difference you see after just one sessions is incredible! I absolutely will continue to go to this place! I had tried other places like lindseys med spa and was very disappointed with how unkind their staff was. I went in for the facial and loved the instant results! Since moving to Lubbock my skin has been extremely dry and it was nice going in and having a quick session (which I’m a busy woman so 30min was perfect) that left my skin feeling moisturized again. Thank you Heather you were super sweet and did an excellent job.

Everyone I've talked to on the staff has been very friendly and welcoming. It's a very positive environment, and during treatments it's made sure that you're as comfortable as possible. I've loved all of my experiences here, and I will continue to come here for all of my hair removal needs. I really am hair free now, and I love it. I'd leave more than five stars if I could.

Katy is simply amazing! Always friendly and greets me when I walk in. I have had several laser hair removal treatments and facials, and each time she is always professional, knowledgeable and answers all my questions (even though some of them are redundant). She is the best! I highly recommend her to everyone!

Miranda was very knowledgeable and answered any question I had! My facial was very relaxing and my skin feels great. She walked me through the entire process and also informed me about the products she would be using. I highly recommend her and I will definitely be back!!!

I waited to review this company until I had been there at least three times. Toni was courteous and helpful at the front desk. Katy has been an amazing technician. She is detailed, knowledgeable and caring. I would reccomend her to anyone and everyone.

Now it has been over a year since I started. Although I'm not seeing the results I wanted (due to my hormone therapy) I was hoping to be completely hair free, I still support my original review. Katy is a knowledgeable and caring technician and makes me feel very comfortable. She talks me through every question and has a medical backed answer. I am starting a new phasing technique and hopefully that works better. I will post more on my final results when I complete my full therapy.

I had a great experience here! Very professional and super sweet girls! My best friend used to work here and do all my laser treatments and I was a little nervous about coming back to a new person once she left, but they were so sweet to me and reassuring. I always recommend them. They give me follow ups all the time and make sure customer satisfaction is guaranteed.

I have had a very positive experience at American Laser Med Spa Lubbock. The staff has always been friendly. They are very efficient in sending appointment reminders. When I have needed to reschedule, they have always been flexible and accommodating. I LOVE that they are open on Saturday. I didn't have to miss school, and my mom didn't have to miss work. PLUS, I love the results - no more unwanted facial hair!!

I bought a Groupon for here since I have never done laser hair removal. I have done 3 treatments on my upper lip and have seen amazing results already!!
