Marquette Rubalcada went above and beyond in helping us get my daughter’s eye glasses back. She listened to my situation and came up with a way to get them shipped to us. She followed through with updates and made sure I knew everything was going to work out. Simply outstanding customer service!

I am very happy with the customer service I received from this store, Lisa in particular. My companies parcel label was erroneously placed on another package and our parcel was for a time untracked. While this isn't ideal, it's how the store (LISA!) handled this issue and kept me in the loop while they worked towards fixing the issue that was so impressive. Once I did receive the parcel, a day later Lisa called me to check in on the status and she was delighted to hear that we did receive the box.

The staff is SUPER helpful and friendly. They are well trained and efficient. I had a huge stack of Amazon returns and they were quick and cheerful as they helped me! Great place to ship things.

I had to ship a grass sample from Colorado to Texas but I wasn't in the shipping location, I was in Lubbock. Lisa was great to help get the label made, emailed to Colorado and the package got shipped overnight. Superb service! Thanks Lisa....🤠

Made my amazon return in less than 2 minutes and she even offered my kid sweets (after my permission).
