She is very knowledgeable. Her customer service skills are impecable. She is always willing to assist and explain things in a way that is understandable but doesn’t make the person feel dumb. She is honest in all her dealings. I once forgot the $100 I asked in cash back and she chased me out to the middle of the sidewalk in her heels to give me the money. I hope you appreciate her as an employee. She is an asset to your bank.

There is a bank at the end of my street. There is a credit union just around the corner. I don’t know how many banking institutions there are in downtown SLC. But I ride the bus down to DFCU. Often. Since 2008. I bank in person whenever I can. My friends work at this branch. They treat me as if I belong. If there’s a line behind me they show some hustle. Otherwise they talk to me about more than just dollar signs. I live in a retirement and disability home, and I always recommend the team at this DFCU location. Thank you Olivia Hernandez, and everybody at the downtown branch.

She is detail oriented and very sweet! I highly recommend Taylor because he too provided continuous help and insights to help us get the best deal!
