The staff exhibited friendliness and ensured my comfort throughout the entire visit, especially Victor. I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service and he was able to answer any and all questions that I had. I highly recommend this business and ask for him if you’re going to get any kind of storage unit. Truly impressed.

Best part: SUPER EASY to book a rental unit online! 2nd best part: the guy at the office was super nice and helpful! All I had to do was check in at the office, and everything was ready to go (including a lock my unit)!

Alexander has great customer service and really nice guy and knows how to talk to people, I came in with multiple issues and he resolved them in a timely manner.

We rented a unit for a few months before my son started college in the area. Not only was the facility convenient, clean, cool, and well kept, the staff was simply outstanding! They have been so helpful and responsive. We were able to have deliveries made to the site which they graciously accepted and put into the unit. It has made a typically stressful out-of-state college move absolutely seamless, stress free, and so organized!

I truly cannot thank Mariana and Victor enough for their help, professionalism, and attentiveness. They even sent photos when deliveries were made so that I could assess what was there. Amazing!! I cannot recommend this storage facility more. I look forward to using it for summer storage again!!

Quick & professional. I absolutely love the new locks! Small, yet there is no bar for bolt cutters to snip, one would have to destroy the door itself to get in. I rarely give out 5 stars, very pleased.

Maur and Alex helped fix my mistake and got into a larger unit that I needed. They are on top of things, facility is clean and they are friendly and represent the company really excellent.

I showed up right at 6:00 to get into my new unit and my code wasn’t working (because I didn’t do the paperwork the right way) and the nice guy at the office got me all sorted and even stayed a few minutes after closing and was super nice about it.

I have been here sense before Extra Space took over the management of the property. This site is about 30 years old and in the best shape it can be given its age. The staff tries their best to keep up with the maintenance. When I see something new or a new coat of paint it makes it easier to deal with the rate increases as at least the money is going right back to taking care of the property. I hate the dust in my unit but what can you expect when there is a freeway, junk yard and trax right behind. It's not climate control. Just an outdoor unit that you have to take care of on the inside because once it's rented, the staff don't enter the unit. They can only manage the outside. I wish the price was back to what it was in the 90s. Sadly the inflation and cost of everything goes up. I went from 5 units to one because of this but I am still here and hope to remain here.
