Mrs. Nattly was pleasant to talk to when I paid my bill. This the first time I actually enjoyed talking to employees there.

Notified that my check was NSF. I asked for proof and got nothing. Contacted my bank and nothing was returned NSF as the check was not presented to my bank. I was still charged $35 dollars with no proof of where they presented my check. Certainly not to my bank. Worst customer service - I asked what institution they sent my check and was told they do not have records of anything like that. Not very comforting that they do not have records of anything.

While out of town we had a water break which resulted in a $700 water bill. It wasn't our pipes that failed but the metal piece that comes off their meter and connects to my lines. Had to hire a plumber to fix it for another $200. So the failure of their very expensive meter cost us $900 and then they want to charge 10% in fees to make payment arrangements. Biggest rip off of a public utilities, ever!! Dig a well...much cheaper in the long run. The cost of their meters along is worth digging a well.

Was charged for the previous tenants water usage. Should be illegal. After them telling me it was up to me and the previous tenant

This place is garbage, they charge you an arm and a leg for water and disconnect fees. Needs restaffed

Outrageous pricing.
