What a great experience. Lowe’s made my appointment and ABC followed up prior and made sure they had a variety parts just in case. They showed up on time and performed the repair in under 1 hour. This is the second time I’ve used them and very happy with the results.

ABC Appliance Responded quickly, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and had our washing machine running in just a couple of days. The price was reasonable and the service was great. I would definitely use them again. Very satisfied with the service.

Washer repair and dryer maintenance. Very pleased with both. Had to order parts for the washer but was able to do a quick service that made it functional for short time use. This was a huge help. Thanks again for such prompt service.

Had the part I needed, when we needed it!

Tech would arrive after 5p to fix dryer after management left with keys, tech had to come back 3 times due to this. Took over 2 weeks to replace a heating element.

Were on 30 day payment, due to a hurricane and natural disaster our company didn't pay on time. Ann carver or Regina carver felt it wise to continuously call and be rude and nasty about the invoice or 200 dollars not being paid on time.

We sent the invoice to Corporate numerous times, Ann or Regina still call every other day, very intense and rude demanding a credit card number to pay such bill, company only pays w checks not card.

Now Ann threatens small claims court over a 200.00 invoice via email, even recognizing that it's not the employees fault but continues to call the direct employees and not the company.

Borderline harassment over 200 dollars that will be paid as we've told her. Will never use this company again, alot of hassle over 1 dryer repair.

They are bullies, rude and very disrespectful over their dollar, could care less about your hardships just pay the bill when they say so and you'll be fine.

Will never use again!

Apparently this company is building a reputation for lying. After waiting almost a month and a half for the parts and to be contacted regarding the process, I called whirlpool company to begin the process all over again for a service call with another company, they informed me that ABC told them I had said I needed the appointment schedule for 6 because I work and that they only schedule on there time of open business.. That is understandable, the problem is I don't work I'm disabled, so their claim was a lie. On a second note the individual to whom I spoke with ABC had a very unprofessional rude tone. No customer service skills!

Worst service I have ever received. The warranty company sent them out to take pictures of my oven door. When I turned on the self cleaning setting on my oven the glass in the door busted. They never got back with me so I called Safeware to check the status. They denied the claim because the man that came out put in the report that I was at fault which is a total lie. So, if the warranty company wants to send ABC Appliance refuse to let them . Ask for someone else. I called over a week ago to talk to the owner. Was told she would call be back, hasn't happened yet.

Nice people, however my dishwasher still doesn’t work. So after Whirlpool paid for the parts and paid their labor fee. When I called to tell them it still doesn’t work right (water won’t get hot) they tell me they don’t come to Troy. I said well you came two weeks ago. So no I do not recommend. Wish I would have read the reviews before. Lesson learned.

Horrible service, I called about a fridge not getting cold enough, once tech got here he said it would never get cold. Never once did he use his OHM meter to test relays or anything he just said to scrap it. 3 hrs later my fridge is cooling but not quite cold enough. I called multiple times to get no answer the used
My wife’s phone and they pick right up. Refused to give money back and was rude. The women said she will not stay on the phone and listen to my complaint. This business is full of degenerates and incompetent people who seem to only care about a dollar and not repeating customers.

After waiting several weeks to get our KitchenAid refrigerator repaired, they finally came out to fix it and instead ended up breaking it even further. When calling to explain the issue was never fixed and ask for help all they said was that I had to call the manufacturer and start the entire process over. When pleading with them explaining we had already done that, they just kept repeating themselves and rudely at that. This has been the worst experience we have ever had with any appliance repair company. In addition to waiting over 5 weeks, making our problem even worse, you wouldn't even help fix your mistake. This is the first negative review I have ever left for a company but my experience could not go unheard. In the future, please stand by your work and help your customers. This is not how a business should treat people.

They are the local warranty company for Haier. I have an intermittent problem with my new portable washer that I have had about a month. They did call to set up an appt however they were not willing to work with me at all over scheduling. I made several offers to work around their very limited service times, including taking into them and picking it up and they refused all of them. Have called Haier back and asked for another solution that does not involve this company.

I had to use them on a warranty issue with my Frigidaire dishwasher. They did the repair but damaged the counter top then denied they had done the damage. I assured them they would never be allowed to do work in my home ever again.

After a visit to this appliance parts store/bird emporium/art studio I can understand their low rating. I think my presence was a dreadful inconvenience to the person behind the counter. Not helpful is a good description of an unwillingness to try to help find a solution served with a patronizing smile.
