I should've shared this 3 years ago.

Sadly the woman that was handling my mothers case refused to hear me and from what i understand, mightve lost her job from it (hopefuly).. If a relative says their mother may unintentionally hurt herself, those who are there to help, should help.
Luckily, I didn't stop with her until my mother got help. Im so happy i didn't give up on her, her case worker would've.

My mom has suffered severe mental health issues. And because of the magistrate listening and the inpatient treatment with spectracare, including their ICP group home. I got my mother back. It had been years of unstable behavior. I had nearly lost hope or worse, lost my mother. So thank you so much. I believe in this program 100%.

I do hope you test your staff occassionally. You can send me in behind closed doors at any time and see if they are loyal to their job of helping others or if they are only there for a paycheck.

MY EXPERIENCE AT SPECTRACARE OZARK,AL. HAS MOSTLY BEEN POSITIVE.THE MAJORITY OF STAFF TREATED ME WITH RESPECT & KINDNESS.THEY HAVE HELPED ME FOR A MEDICATION I CANNOT AFFORD EVEN WITH INSURANCE. I APPRECIATE ALL THEY DO FOR THEIR PATIENTS

No complaints, arrive early if possible..if 5 mins late you will be rescheduled..Dr Lopez is excellent at his job..

The director/therapist Daphne is a joke.
She acts like she hates her job and she's rude and has a nasty attitude.

This place is a joke
