They are always super friendly and Ben was especially helpful in helping me find exactly what I wanted and even helped me to replace the lightbulbs on my car.

I was traveling thur Alabama when I had car trouble. I stopped at your store on a Saturday. Your employee Ben helped me. He went beyond his job to help fix my car. With his help I made it to my destination. If he hadn't helped me I would have been stuck till Monday. I just wanted everyone to know what a great job he did for me. Trust me he didn't have to keep looking for the part I needed. Ben thank you again.

I was passing through Ozark when my son called me and asked me if I could pick up an engine code reader. Of course, the first place that popped into my mind was AutoZone. I saw one a couple minutes later and pulled in. Quan and Tanny showed me the selection which ranged from very basic to high level professional. They helped me decide on an advanced but mid-priced tool. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Just like my home AutoZone in Dothan. Definitely coming back if I need something in the area again.

Very good customer service. Alex Carranza did a very fast battery change for me. Very kind and made me feel like family. He talked to me throughout the battery change and still got it done in 15 minutes.

I went to Autozone to get my car's (very old and worn) battery changed out and the workers, including the manager (Alex C.) were all polite, professional and very helpful. Will be back for sure and definitely recommend them.

Alex was extremely helpful to me in changing my bulbs in my brake lights and took more time than he had to helping me. He went above and beyond and I'll definitely be back.

We made the mistake of buying online auto parts. By the time the parts arrived and we got around to installing them our " warranty" expired. The parts did not work so we ended up losing that money. Buying locally, however, is the best option. If the parts don't fit or broken it's a short trip to get an exchange or refund. AutoZone has always stood behind their products. Plus the personal are knowledgeable about what they sell and the service is excellent. We won't be ' trying' a new auto parts store unless an item is unavailable. Why change what works ?

So my husband sends me to the auto store to get spray tint I was totally lossed had no idea what I was looking for I I finally just walked up to the counter and was greeted my Alex the store manager he was so helpful and very nice to me . I’m glad to see that there are still good working , willing to help people left in this world I will most definitely be back to shop any car needs I may need

After leaving a Troy football game I realized we had a tail light out. I called ahead and talked to one of the employees. To see if they had tools available to switch out the light. When we got to the store the employees were very nice and helpful. I was about to buy the parts needed and that tools were available. It’s nice to know when your are traveling to another state they have your back. Thanks again.

Jerimiah deserves an extra mile award for his amazing and generous service to us. We are traveling through the south in our 1997 Dodge van conversion (RV) headed to Florida for a family visit. On the outskirts of Troy I noticed a dashboard light that said "gen". My wife looked on line for some advice and discovered an urging to act promptly as an ailing alternator could cause the battery to die suddenly and discovered as well the good news that AutoZone in Ozark was open on this Sunday afternoon. On route, various electrical elements, like the speedometer, crashed and we were nervous about making it that far. In fact the engine died as we pulled to a stop in the AutoZone parking lot. Jeremiah helped us at the counter, came out to test and verify the alternator as the source of the problem, and eventually stayed an extra hour beyond his shift to remove and install the new alternator. An hour and a half after we discovered the problem, we were on our way and extremely grateful for his very personable and professional manner, and, recognizing our predicament, going the extra mile to sacrifice his time to take on our dirty job. We were headed for a campground and the evening could have turned out very differently were it not for his help. We are very grateful for Jeremiah's customer service well above and beyond the call of duty. He truly went an extra mile and in so doing spared us much delay and aggravation.
